One star off for this reason. I hope there is an easy option to replace the bulb.

The keypad does have a slow response if you don't have full contact and doesn't allow repetitive pressing...you do have to pause between each button... Hopefully it will hold up in the long run, but right now its working as designed, pulls the kitchen together and looks great.

It has easy to read instructions and includes a variety of different choices and uses to reheat or keep food warm. Controls are within reach and clearly marked. It does require continuous wiping due to the smudges on the glass.

Very nice looking. I love how much additional lighting it gives me over the stovetop. As others have said, the only complicated thing I've run into so far is setting the time. If I hadn't read the reviews, it would have taken me longer to figure it out. Options, 9, ok, enter time, ok and you're done! Love it!
