It doesn’t have a push button to open the door, you pull it from the side which I wasn’t a huge fan off. Also no fault of theirs, but it is really big. I didn’t realize the size when I ordered.

I upgraded when my Bosch microwave gave out. So far its been a great microwave. Love the added space and non-stick interior. Glad I went Samsung this time.

We haven't used it much except to heat items (no cooking has been done & none is planned). It functions as most microwaves do and takes a little getting used to as far as the touchscreen goes because it has a lot more features than our old microwave. It is quiet when running and seems to work just fine.

I love the shelf that gives you double the space. It's nice being able to hear up 2 items at once. My only issue is the first one that was delivered came damaged. They were able to bring me a replacement within 3 days My husband and I installed ourselves and it wasn't terrible to do.
