Love the black stainless steel, I have the matching fridge and oven.

looks really nice. touch pad works but you have to do it the right way or it will not work. the buttons are low it really helps if you short. LED lighting is nice there is a high and low. The fan has a lot of settings as well. It's kind of loud on high.

This unit was really sleek looking. Everyone commented on the appearance. How ever it broke within about 30 days and took BB over 10 days to fix. Has worked well ever since

This microwave is a great addition to my kitchen. It matches perfectly with my Bespoke refrigerator All the settings work as programmed. Love it!

Can't change the clock color to match the stove. Other than that everything works great.

Microwave was missing charcoal filter. Started reading book the next day after instillation and it says change filter every 6 months, I went to look for the filter. No filter

Purchased this microwave to replace 10 year old microwave oven and to match the new Samsung duo flex range purchased the week before. Perfect match! This is a top quality product. Cooks faster, easy intuitive controls, plenty of room for large dishes. Couldn't be more pleased.

Best microwave I've ever had. Looks fantastic with the smooth no handle front. Quiet and powerful it heats quickly and evenly. Love the power boost level on the fan and the LED light on the bottom is super bright. Highly recommend it.

When our original Kenmore Elite microwave died after 15 years, we were worried we wouldn’t find a worthy replacement. We were wrong. This Samsung is awesome. Great lighting over my cooktop and cooks like a dream. Love the black stainless steel finish. Our kitchen is definitely upgraded.

Unit prepares all meals well and in a timely manner. Has many functions which are easy to use. Great looking unit for any kitchen. Easy set-up and manual is very helpful!

This microwave replaced another microwave. I like this model, is a duplicate of what we had before.

Just did a kitchen remodel. In our last house, we had a microwave whose handle broke off the unit. We wanted to avoid that. This one is solid, large enough to cook something substantial and fairly easy to use.

We bought item as an open box. Everything was in the box except for the manuel and wire rack. Price was very good.

I really enjoy using this otr microwave. The cooking functions work great, and the exhaust fan is way better than the unit it replaced. I wish the lights had a bright setting, both for in inside and the range lights.

This microwave oven is not as easy to use as the Frigidaire we retired. The numbers and options are imbedded in a black background with no background lighting, forcing us to use a flashlight when setting the cook program. Our kitchen is very dark unless we turn on the extremely bright overhead light. When cooking, the oven is louder than our old oven. Overall I think we would be a little more "picky" if we were to look into another oven.

Love that all the button are on the front and there are so many options. Open the door and there is a cooking guide for variety of foods. Black stainless steel is beautiful and installer also mentioned how nice it looked.

It's just a microwave. It better work. It said I need 12 more characters. That should do it.

Had an LG microwave before, this always broke down. Getting the LG service to come to repair was really a nightmare. We are very happy with this replacement.
