Only used for about one month so we can't say much,it works . I gave it only good on ease of use you have to go online to get some codes to set clock and other.Very easy to install

There's no owner's manual provided with the microwave. To learn how to use the settings (they're not intuitive) you need to go to Samsung's website and download a pdf.

Good Microwave and Large interior

I haven't had a reason to use the included rack, but the normal rotating platter inside is very large. The presets are convenient with the only drawback being that there isn't a soup/beverage setting.

LED lighting is nice there is a high and low. The fan has a lot of settings as well. It's kind of loud on high.

Looks fantastic with the smooth no handle front. Quiet and powerful it heats quickly and evenly. Love the power boost level on the fan and the LED light on the bottom is super bright. Highly recommend it.

In our last house, we had a microwave whose handle broke off the unit. We wanted to avoid that. This one is solid, large enough to cook something substantial and fairly easy to use.

We were wrong. This Samsung is awesome. Great lighting over my cooktop and cooks like a dream. Love the black stainless steel finish. Our kitchen is definitely upgraded.
