    We needed to replace our old 'wave and purchased this primarily because it matches our Samsung range and because of our past experience with Samsung. Only issue was that it took 3 microwaves to get one that wasn't damaged. The first two had damage due to shipping.

    the wight color does not match the fridge and stove. the ventilation fan is too loud I bought soundproof material to reduce the noise and didn't help, the vent fan outlet is too close to the edge which I had to cut more from the cabinet to fit venting attachments.

    Overall it’s been a good microwave when it works. It came damaged took several months to install because of the pandemic and they wanted to stick the damaged one on me. It sat unopened and they said we should have opened it. How would I have know that? Then they finally replaced it amd the Sensor failed. Thankfully I bought the warranty. The Samsung stuff works well if there are no issues but if they do not beware.

    I love the sleek look of this, with no handle sticking out on the front. Works great. Only thing that would make it better would be to have the "express" buttons... usually 1 through 5 that instantly start for the corresponding cook times.

    This is a great product! The handle-less front and black stainless finish is very sleek and easy to wipe down. It has a lot of space. The installation was manageable without a professional as well.

    Girlfriend loved it , she wanted to replace the old one so I purchased this one . She loved it so much I ended up getting the dishwasher, range and refrigerator also sink faucet to match.I'm in love or what ? Lol !!

    Awesome product! I mostly have Samsung appliances and so far they don’t disappoint. Most def top brand in the industry. I’m using it as a hood vent blower and the fan built within is very powerful.
