    My family has really enjoyed using this product. We had a smaller microwave before with limited capabilities, so this one is much better. The exterior finish is very well made and easy to maintain also.

    Almost didn’t purchase due to negative reviews about the number 7 getting stuck. It seems Samsung has fixed the issue. I’m happy with it

    Took a bit to get used to the touch screen - al you need is gently touch the dig it’s, no need to press it hard! Cook in this microwave all the time! Love the design and all preset and custom functions!

    This thing has really impressed. I reheated some homemade and cheese inside of a styrofoam plate and it was super hot and cheesy and check this out. It didn't burn a whole in the bottom of the plate. Outstanding!

    A great upgrade and well made. Very solid and easy to clean. The touch screen can be touchy and the need to enter a time versus just pressing a instant minute on button is a small complaint. Otherwise very happy.

    I like the looks and the fingerprint resistant finish works well. Interior so far cleans easily. Minor gripe is the touch panel is slow to respond and requires firmer presses. Would recommend with reservations

    I love it so far. Looks so good and heats great. The lights and fan are great. I replaced the GE model i had cause it quit heating after 1year and the Samsung fit right in using the brackets from the ge. Took me 20 minutes to install.
