    Excellent microwave. Works great and have had zero issues. Arrived in time and was installed in less then 45 minutes. Delivery guys wee great!

    About 1.5 years after purchase this microwave would beep maybe once a month and then display a '7' on the display. No one would be near it and it happened infrequently, so we thought nothing of it. Eventually, this was happening every day. Then, it would display '7777'. Then, the fan would turn on randomly without anyone being in the room. Then, the microwave turned on, with '7777' displayed. I checked with a service tech and was sent to a website - Samsung knew about this problem for a few years. They said this is a fire hazard and must be unplugged! But, I was never informed by Samsung, there were no recalls and they wanted me to pay for the repair. Be careful of Samsung.

    Works great has lots of settings..the setting for melting butter is great does not burn the butter and use the setting for reheating dinners all the time

    This worked fine for about 2 months then we had to have it repaired. The service guy was very good. Unit has worked fine not for the last 5 months.

    Best microwave we have ever owned. Cleans nicely, heats food evenly. Doesn’t overcook things in 10 seconds, like others we have owned. Nice work Samsung

    The only fault we can find so far are the buttons are a little finicky to press. Vents very well and the light on the bottom for the stove is exceptional.
