The first one we got was like some of the reviews there was a dent in the back and a ding on the front. The second one was good though and it works well so far.

Very solid microwave, superior quality. Old version lasted 15 years.

Purchased this microwave last December 2023 and had no issues with it for the most part. Would have loved to give it 5 stars until it literally stopped working almost 1 year to the date that it was installed. A few days before Christmas and the microwave won't heat anything up. I called Best Buy to schedule a repair appointment, since the microwave is under the Best Buy Protection Plan until December of 2025. I was informed that I needed to first pay $49 up front before they send someone out to look at it. Then the repair would only be covered at about 20%. At this point, I'm considering just purchasing another microwave. Microwaves should last several years, especially when taken care of properly, which mine is. This is very frustrating and hence why I am writing this review. No one should have to buy a new microwave every year.

Google Samsung microwaves and you are certain to see a “7 seconds” issue associated with a chirp. Samsung denies they have an issue, but the internet is littered with complaints of units doing this from anywhere from 6months to 2-3yrs after purchase. Samsung is happy to charge you to fix it though! Total crap, a microwave should be able to last more than 2-3years.

Just the best over the Range unit that I have purchased.

I usually buy cheaper microwaves for my investment properties but tried this one based on looks alone. It doesn't have a protruding handle which matched my fridge so I liked that.

First microwave purchased had several problems with electronics. Replacement works well.

The Samsung microwave works very efficiently, and there is spacious room for items to be microwaved.

Not impressed with this purchase at all. There are couple of functionality issues with Samsung Microwave. 1) When exhaust fan is on Boost mode and you try to warm any food, exhaust fan slows down to medium on it's own. This doesn't help with fumes coming off of stove top cooking. 2) For quick cooking, you press 30 Sec button & then you have to press Start button, totally defeats the quick start. My previous 10 year old microwave had better functionality.

Microwave has been great to use and looks nice installed. It stopped working but after calling into the warranty service it was repaired in about 5 days.

Nice looking microwave, lights are blue, love the fact that doesn't have a handle to open the door

So far so good, only had this installed a few days ago. Seems solid and I like the control panel on the door.

Nice microwave. The on screen touch commands are not sensitive enough you must press hard to get proper response ..otherwise it a nice microwave.

Awesome microwave. Heats properly. And it looks nice in our kitchen.

Only had it in for a month and so far every working fine. Looks great just have to wipe it clean on regular basis to remove the fingerprints.

Purchased with matching stove. Looks like but cheaply made. The front door is not glass. Plastic and covered with a film that is starting to bubble.

My first microwave in ten years . It nice to be up to date .It much bigger than my last one .It the rack in it so I can on the top and bottom at the same.

First one i have ever had but it looks and works great.

Can’t wait to learn more about this microwave! Seems like it has a lot of useful settings.
