Samsung denies they have an issue, but the internet is littered with complaints of units doing this from anywhere from 6months to 2-3yrs after purchase. Samsung is happy to charge you to fix it though! Total crap, a microwave should be able to last more than 2-3years.

Quite disappointing I was sold a broken microwave that heats up sporadically and wasting my money. I love the style and sleek look to the microwave, but wish I was sold a properly Working microwave.
