I had a GE prior to this that was 1100 watts that worked well and heated quickly. The panel says “sensor” cooking which the unit does not have a sensor and it requires more force than expected for the touch screen to work. Not very pleased with the product.

Quite disappointing I was sold a broken microwave that heats up sporadically and wasting my money. I love the style and sleek look to the microwave, but wish I was sold a properly Working microwave.
