We purchased this microwave because of its clean appearance and because it matches the design of our Samsung range. After a week we're very pleased with the quality, features and operation.

This is a nice over the range Microwave. Looks great and has nice features. Very quiet.

My previous over the range LG died 6 moths in was repaired under warranty and now died after 8 years. We love our Samsung phones and TV's just bought their washer dryer units so keeping inline we are switching out our kitchen ensemble as they go bad. Next will be the dishwasher as I've repaired that LG piece of junk 8 times in 8 years. This Samsung microwave has a nice look bright led light easy install. Functions work as I expect and doesnt burn my bags of Costco popcorn actually only leaves 2-3 unpopped kernals. Food reheat is even and does better than our old LG. So.....1 month in and we love it modern looks and function.

I wanted to replace my over-the-range microwave, because my last one burned out. I bought this one and was able to install it with no issues. It gives you a paper template, so you know where to put your holes at in both the cabinet and the wall. It also comes with all of the hardware needed. Plenty big to heat up most foods. Looks super clean and simple like I wanted.

Excellent microwave, features are great, stove light, controls, etc. Great looking as well. The only opportunity that I see for this unit is in low light the controls are hard to see - to be able to touch the door and some illumination of the controls making it easier to operate in low light conditons would be great.

Love this microwave. It's big with a lot of functions for our needs. It's quiet and sleek looking. Definitely recommend it.

I really like that very sleek look of this microwave and fit in our space very well I really like that the door handle is recessed on the side no more bulky handle sticking out getting hot when the stove is on makes a big difference

This was a replacement for the same model purchased several years before (note: don't accidentally microwave with a fork in it...). We have had this one for about two years and still happy with it. Only downside is that even when using the back discharge out the wall, some exhaust or vent comes out the top from and you need to clean the cabinets above more than you would without this microwave.

So far this product is excellent. Looks really good and works well. It is really quite and has a great deal of space in it...

I moved & need a replacement. This is so large, easy to use & quite. Clean lines & it looks stunning with my other appliances.

This is an attractive microwave that works great, has many features, and the best part is the handle will never break because there is no handle! I had 3 microwaves by 3 different manufacturers where the handle would eventually break on me after a year or two. This design prevents that from happening and it looks sleeker as a result. It works great and looks even better!

Great microwave unit, and arguable the best of the Samsung line of microwave product. The first that got delivered had a factory defect but Best Buy was quick to provided a replacement that is both beautiful in the kitchen space, and runs much quieter. The metal grill separating the lower and upper space helps maximize the time it takes to heat up multiple food items all at once. It is a great buy.

This microwave has out performed any microwave we've had. (Even a Kitchenaid)

I like the sleek, modern design of the microwave. Some pre-sets are not intuitive, but overall I am pleased with its performance. I like the variable settings and amount of light on the dual led lights. I have only used the microwave features. It still feels funny to install and use the (metal) rack so I cannot comment on that.

This monster of a microwave replaced our GE microwave that only lasted 2 weeks. We've been fans of G.E. for 23 years until our last purchase took s turn for the worst. This Samsung is way quieter than the last one (G.E) We love the many levels it came with. Easy to clean and btw it matches the Samsung fridge we received as a gift. What a wonderful gift! Never thought I would own a Samsung appliance. It's working for us :) :)
