On August 2nd it stopped working. We are on day 9 without a microwave and the geek squad was unable to repair it because they do not have the parts. It’s silly that you can not return it after 15 days since BB has eliminated elite and elite plus membership. Now they make you pay for it to have the ability to return new defective items beyond 15 days. I’ve been a loyal BB customer for a long time but this is the first time I am upset for poor customer service. I’m about to buy a countertop microwave only to return it while they repair this new one I recently installed.

Unfortunately, it has its own issues which we learned from the technician were common. Our unit's timer would run on its own. It's scary especially if we are out of the house. This is part of the kitchen package that we bought early this year. We had issues with the smart hub fridge as well, it being serviced twice already. We are not happy with our purchase. We would eventually be out of warranty so that makes us very wary. It doesn't look like these samsung appliances would stand the test of time.

The vent doesn't have much drawing power and this causes steam to build up on the face of microwave when I'm cooking on the range below. Also the vent is extremely loud.

Which is awful because the buttons are across the entire front. Can't see them. If they had a backlight, it would have been great
