I needed a compact size washer and dryer to fit within my small space. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I have yet to figure out how to operate the wi-fi but overall it washes perfectly and the machine is very quiet. I also love the modern look and was fascinated with the blue lights inside the drum. Looks great in my laundry room.

I got this washer to put in our fifth wheel trailer. It fit perfectly! Washes great and is very quiet! Very pleased with this purchase

Only had this washer a month, but really enjoying it so far. It's a small machine but takes a lot of clothes -- we thought it would be a challenge going from full size to this, but it's been fine, and really washes clothes well. The smaller machines are still more expensive than the full size for some reason, but that should come down as they sell more of them.

Great cleaning and fast cycle. Was a bit difficult to set up wifi capabilities...but got it to work..machine looks deceivingly small but handles all loads thus far with flying colors!!

We purchased the Samsung 4.0 Cu Ft. dryer & matching washer 7/18. We have had so many service calls for both and having 3 kids the dependability is nerve-wracking! On the dryer, we have had the heating element changed twice, and now the belt broke. The washer leaks constantly, even right after service calls. The self-cleaning setting has destroyed our bathroom directly below it and the washer is rusting near the door. We purchased the Geek Squad protection through Best Buy. Each repair takes a week to get someone out and then a week to get the parts and another for the return service. 3 weeks at a time of late night laundromat trips are not a welcomed surprise.

Compact, quiet, and basic wash functions work well. Have only used a few of the many available options. Easy plug & play installation (no special plugs, etc) Came complete with hose set.

not only a great washer, but look really impressive on out wash room. Great color for a washer machine.

I needed to replace my 15 year old Miele washer and dryer due to warn belts (belt only comes with new drum and costs $1800 plus). Consumer reports gave these a high rating so I tried them. No regrets! They perform great. Have not tried steam yet.

I bought this washer and dryer pair to replace a Bosch set the Samsung is much better and looks great

The washer comes loaded with a lot of features. However I'm not sure they are all necessary. Some of them take almost 2 hours to complete a cycle and I'm not sure it is any cleaner then our previous washer. It is not as quiet as we had expected. The beeping sounds it makes when setting controls are much more pleasant than our previous Kenmore. Have not had any issues yet and the washer and dryer look great in our laundry room.
