Despite the counter depth this fridge makes excellent use of space, very well laid out. Only slight complaint is slow ice dispensing.

It's an OK product Works fine. Icemaker not good enough...

good size for family, sometimes closing right door first leads to a loud bang from something on the left door getting stuck.

Nice looking refrigerator. It's much heavier than I anticipated, so getting it upstairs wasn't ideal. However, it was worth it.

The different shelf configurations are very nice. I like the location of the ice maker inside the refrigerator and the lighting.

A very large refrigerator and a huge freezer. The food and produce last longer.

The fridge looks great. It is a very aesthetically pleasing design. If you are going from a standard size fridge to a counter-depth fridge do not be surprised by the lack of space. It's a sacrifice you make for having a good looking kitchen.

We renovated our condominium kitchen and decided on Samsung appliances, this refrigerator is similiar to one we used in another location. It fits in the space and handles the content that we need. After a year we are as happy as Day 1

The double doors at the top give this refrigerator ample space to store things like pizza, fruit trays and sandwich trays. The side door storage trays are a nice size as well- large enough to hold a full size gallon of milk. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator and would buy it again.

Adjustable shelves are helpful for large platters and dishes. Freezer is roomy

Sansunga 5 yr warranty on the compressor is 4 more years then any other brand

Freezer is a bit small but fridge portion is very roomy for a counter-depth model.

We have had the refrigerator for approximately 1 month. My only complaint is that there seems to be little ice capacity.

delivery issues, were not taken care of . I had to call the Best buy head office to get results. The store had me on hold several times and hung up. When i called about the issue gave me the runaround. Product so far has been good, however your in store staff need help on post delivery issues.

My wife and I just bought this fridge and we really enjoy it. The fridge looks very sharp and has very adequate space for the amount of groceries we like to keep in our fridge without a back-up fridge or freezer. Intelligent design and great looks.

salespersons at store were wonderful, and delivery guys were awesome and very helpful beyond what I would have expected.

We both love the new Samsung refrigerator. It is so easy to learn the functions and use them. The interior lights are very bright and the fact that all the food is visible when you open the doors is amazing. We are very happy.

Didn't give the fridge 5 stars because the shelves aren't adjustable. This gives it limited room for taller items.
