This is a cheaply made product for the price. Although the flex drawer is a nice feature, everything else on this refrigerator is substandard. Top shelf in freezer comes out of railing everytime freezer drawer is open and is difficult to reinstall on the rail. Refrigerator configuration is poor at best and ice dispenser is OK is all you need is to get few ice cubes for your drink.

This is a stunning refrigerator that was an ideal selection for a counter depth model and has plenty of storage capacity. The interior is very well lit and the water dispenses a large amount before the default cut off.

I love my refrigerator. It has plenty of room for all my needs, and it looks great in my new kitchen. Great price for all that you get. The staff at Best Buy was great, answered all our questions, and the delivery was on time and installed.

I am not usually one to write reviews, when we first purchased this I loved the middle drawer and the flexibility. So, if you want something that will last for a year or so it is fine. The ice machine constantly jamming and freezing over. 3 years in a I am constantly dealing with it, not a week goes by when it does not require attention to clear ice, etc. . Now the temperature control has failed. The display shows 34 degrees for the top section, the lowest setting, but the actual temps closer to 50, food spoiling and Samsung "support" is no help. I will never but another thing from Samsung ever.

The refrigerator has great features, and lives up to its' reputation. The drawer unit is very convenient and the freezer shelf is nice. However, we got the counter-depth model and it is a bit smaller than the ones you'll see in the store. We lost about 6" of shelf space front to back. You can't beat the custom look of the counter depth unit. It looks like the kitchen was built around it.

I love it! Very sleek and beautiful refrigerator! Fits into my space perfectly. It's quiet. Not an issue for me, but the ice maker is small. It went on sale shortly after my purchase and Best Buy refunded me the difference. I love them!

I bought this fridge for a new home. After looking at several I decided on this one. I actually wanted one with more capacity, but this one had the correct measurements for the space that was available to put the fridge. After a month of use, my family and I have no complaints. What I love most is actually the middle compartment where I keep my beverages cold!!!

Wish icemaker was larger. Very noisy when ice drops. Like it so far.

So far we love this refrigerator. Love the middle compartment which holds a lot of food. Even though it is a counter depth which is great because it doesn't stick out it holds more than our last on did.

We purchased the counter depth Samsung for its aesthetic look. The drawers are a bit short to what we are use to however we have found that we can fit everything well into the space of this frig. Nice sleek look and runs quietly.

I was looking for a large counter depth fridge and this fit the bill. It is both attractive and functional. I like the addition of the extra drawer, it offers bonus space for things I wouldn't reach for as much in the main fridge
