I like the exterior look, but not a big fan of the center drawer. Unfortunately the ice maker is giving us problems, but i do have the protection plan, hopefully they will take care of this issue.

the fridge looks awesome and I love the way the interior is set up with the flexible shelves and drawers. The upper freezer drawer does not get cold enough for food or ice cream. I only put ice cubes in this area. the bottom freezer drawer works perfect for all items. this fridge was very expensive. even the sale price I got was $500 more than other comparable fridges. I guess that's the price you pay when you need a counter depth fridge

We bought this fridge due to the counter depth size. It allowed us to fit a good looking fridge into a small size kitchen. Although it is smaller than your standard refrigerators this still allows for more than enough space.

This refrigerator is a great product if you are looking for a counter depth refrigerator. It has plenty of space and has three different compartments, a traditional refrigerator a drink drawer and a freezer.

I love this fridge. It was the largest cubic ft counter depth model we could find in this price range. I love the look, the drawer is a awesome. I wish it had the door in door feature, but overall I love this model.

Samsung is good, Store associates were more than awesome, delivery service was worse than poor, first install people were okay, second install people were awesome. Would recommend the store, and install team but NOT the the delivery service Best Buy uses.

I was only looking for counter depth and I believe this is one of the best ones space wise. A lot of room on the fridge side as the second drawer you can use as a variety. So far no issues and no complaints!

The ice maker broke after less than two years. Seriously, need to defrost it about every week. I called Best Buy, and they passed me along to Samsung. Basically, neither wants to fix it or be accountable for it. The fridge is really nice, but if you like ice, I wouldn't buy this fridge... absolutely awful. And the customer service was awful as well.

We haven't had it too long but so far I like this fridge. I wish there was more we could do with the door storage and were able to change the heights of shelves but overall I like this fridge

We have a small kitchen and needed a good counter depth option. This refrigerator checked all the boxes of what we wanted and looks amazing in our kitchen. Lots of space and options for organization.

I originally picked out the other frig with the button for the inview door. But they didn't have any in stock, and was told samsung wasn't making anymore of that one. So I had to settle for this one. Everything was the same except, this didnt have that one feature. Other than that it should be just as good.

This fridge is the perfect size for our family. The flex drawer really comes in handy for organizing items. We can use it for after school snacks or for storing all the meats for the week. Love it!

An extremely QUIET refrigerator. Only time I hear anything is when the ice drops. Happy with this purchase, we just had a lot of issues with the delivery process.

I only gave four stars because I thought I was going to like this third door in the middle, but it takes away from the main refrigeration area. I do like it for snacks for kids, and drink, but wish there was more room to put tall beverage container in refrigerated area. However it is beautiful in my kitchen.

I absolutely love my new Samsung refrigerator! I'm glad I shopped around and really looked closely at the styles 3 drawer, 4 drawer, flex. I decided on the 4. With the flexibility of the pull out drawer: flex door control that has a movable divider, adjustable control for wine, meats, I was sold. The freezer at the bottom is exactly what I wanted and fits plenty. I love the little slide in section that is perfect for a pint of ice cream or frozen packaged goods. I am thrilled with how quiet this refrigerator is. I am so very pleased with how well lit it is. May I say more? The vegetable and fruit drawers are keeping my produce beautifully! Beautiful inside and out! Love it!

Pretty expensive for the size, but I need a counter depth fridge and this met all the features I was looking for. So far so good.
