I really am enjoying my new refrigerator. It is Roomy and lots of great space for various items. I love that the freezer is down below for items i do not need as often.

Had the unit for a month, works perfectly. For a counter depth unit it fits my kitchen perfectly. The ice dispenser is ok, no better or worse than other units I owned. Water dispenser works better than my old GE. The refrigerator is not noise as others have claimed; yes you sometimes here the ice drop in the bucket. The water filter is very easy to replace but it cost around 50 dollars. Best Buy delivery was perfect, on time and did a perfect installation.

I really like the french door style with the freezer on bottom. We also have a cooling drawer that we put drinks in the works great. The only issue we have is that the ice maker does not make enough ice for us (we like out or ice).

This refrigerator is quiet and makes plenty of ice. We love the extra drawer for cheese and deli meats. It gives an alert if the door is left open for too long. Easy installation as well.

I bought this Samsung refrigerator because I liked the design and features. Really like the large opening for the water and ice dispenser. Also, very pleased with the counter depth model.

This is the best fridge I have ever owned, honest! With a busy family of four, and an active lifestyle, the fridge holds it's own! The best part is we can open the doors and see EVERYTHING! My mother-in-law bought it first, and I was impressed. Two weeks later, I was buying one myself. No regrets. The freezer holds tons, and the center drawer is used for lunchmeat, cheeses, snacks, etc. The only concern is that patience is needed for ice. It takes a bit to get the ice to dispense....a matter of seconds, really, in this age of instant gratification.

Love middle drawer and the fact that you can open each side of refrigerator independently. Freezer is adequate. Only negative is hard to keep stainless clean (fingerprints)

No complaints so far. Runs a little louder than the previous Samsung frig we had. Still getting used to the drawer freezer, feels like less storage but I'm sure the different configuration just takes some adjustment. Like the water and ice dispenser better than previous Samsung frig.

The refrigerator is very practical. The middle drawer is very useful for small kids who cannot reach the doors, do not need any assistance to get their snacks.

We changed to this counter depth model, and are very pleased with it's design and fit in our newly remodeled kitchen. We recommend it for serious consideration by others.

I like the separate drawer for separate temparature which was the reason I bought it. The refrigerator doesn't seem to get as cold as it says. The ice is slow and comes out kind of soft, not frozen hard. The new one we got had a bad sensor and had to be replaced. The geek squad did a nice job with that service. It is sensing better now but ice still slow and soft and doesn't seem to get as cold as our old refrigerator. We got stainless and it fingerprints very easily.

Looks nice, fits nice in my space. spent more than I wanted to get counter depth that matched. Ice maker is bulky and takes up a lot of space of this fridge. Nothing special about it. Gets job done.

I'm very satisfied with this fridge. Had bought an LG but had trouble with the freezer frosting up. No trouble with this fridge - at for the past month. hope things continue to go well.

I really like the looks of this refrigerator. It has been repaired multiple times for leaks, and still leaks. It doesn't make much ice, not sure if that's because of the problems with temperature. We have it set to nearly as low as it will go, and several times per week it warms up and starts to thaw items in the freezer. Best buy wants to keep trying to fix it. But after taking off of work 10 times to do so, with no end in site, I want them to replace it as a lemon.

Very good counter depth refrigerator that gives a nice look to the kitchen

If one can be in love with an inanimate object, I am in love with this refrigerator. The best feature is the separate refrigerator drawer which provides access across the full width of the refrigerator. I buy a lot of vegetables and this drawer has solved the storage problem of only have little drawers in the refrigerator itself. You can adjust the settings for the drawer as well. I also like the clear shelves in the top section which allow you to see everything you have at a glance. I only wish they had come out with this design years ago - but I am very happy with it now.

We bought this 4 door counter depth fridge after doing an extensive consumer report research- am glad we bought this one as it works efficiently & quietly. :)

I've owned the unit for just about two months and it's worked perfectly. We've received many compliments on the looks as well. We love the flex drawer.

Very good fridge with sufficient storage space but great for counter depth area. Some loss of overall capacity and the ice maker could be changed to allow a little more room.

This is the best Refrigerator Configuration I will ever want from this point fwd. I love the middle drawer. I put all my veggies in there for easy access.
