Seems like the ice maker is a know issue on these refrigerators. Ours freezes solid every month requiring a reset. Also in a house with 3 kids, the cold water runs out almost instantly.

The product is great but haven't been so happy with Best Buy. Refrig delivered with two additional small dents, a scratch on the side and a loose door handle. BB was to phone me within 48 hours. That's been over 2 weeks ago. That appliance was the only one of 3 with issues. Love the big drawer which holds deli trays, relish trays, etc. Like that only the door needed is opened rather than the entire refrig.

We are very happy with our new Samsung refrigerator. It is so much more convenient and seems more spacious than our old side by side.

Love the design of the 4 doors, every area cools down great and plenty of space for everything. Love the touch panel and has great responsiveness. The only nitpick is the slightest bit of the fridge not being appropriately level will cause the doors to close on you and not say open when you need them too. More of a nuisance as we were able to level it and it worked but should not be as sensitive in my opinion. All in all it is a great fridge and I am happy with my purchase!!

n. We were fortunate to find the refrigerator that we wanted on sale and out of box. This enabled us to also buy the dishwasher that we needed. It has all the features that we wanted and looks great too.

This fridge has many amenities and the extra drawer is really useful. The only issue we tend to have it the french doors not always closing properly. It is great that there is an alarm that will sound when the door is open too long.

We chose this refrigerator because the drawers were bigger and the deli feature was a separate drawer. we are down sizing and this refrigerator fits our needs. Can't give it 5 stars yet because we have only had it for a few weeks.

Seems like an excellent value, looks very nice, quiet and seems very durable....still early but very pleased so far

Nice to use, easy to set temps and adjust settings. Only draw back if limited access to drawer when double doors are closed. Otherwise great adjustable shelves and lighting.

I gave this a 1 star review because there is not an option for a 0 star review. This has never worked right since I've had it. The ice maker has never worked. Service has been out to 'fix' the unit at least 6 times an they have replaced the ice maker 3 times. The last time they attempted to fix the ice maker they broke something else so the refrigerator cycles between freezing and thawing all of my food. They came out to fix that and now it won't cool below 47 degrees! I have lost hundreds of dollars worth of food. I have been buying ice for the past 9 months and they can't fix and won't refund my purchase. Additionally, the drawer in the freezer sounds like the plastic snapped and broke about half of the time you close the drawer. The plastic bins in the bottom of refrigerator section trap debris and any liquids that spill between two layers of clear plastic that you can't get to to clean. Very annoying. It looks nice and the features, if they worked, would be great - but they just don't work. I suggest any other brand. See my similar review on the Samsung dual oven range.

I love this refrigerator. The counter depth really fits well with the kitchen cabinets. Only wish the ice dispenser was faster.

This Samsung refrigerator had to be replaced after only 2 years. Thank goodness we bought the extended warranty. What a dog! The ice maker started leaking, stopped making ice and was SUPER noisy. We had Geek Squad out 6 times (for each call, they'd come out, do an evaluation, order parts then schedule another appointment to install the replacement parts). There was no fixing this. Water (the melted ice) would come out the ice dispenser and we would be happy to get enough partially melted ice for 2 glasses. The melted ice dripped into the inside of the refrigerator collecting in the vegetable drawer. Ice dispenser would freeze up and fan would stop working. We had chosen this Samsung to replace the previous Samsung we had that couldn't be repaired (replaced after 5 years). We've learned our lesson and now have an LG - fingers crossed! Geek Squad was great though. Very professional and helpful.

I love it! It sticks out from the wall a bit because it's so big-but that's ok with me!! I was in a hurry when it was delivered so the delivery driver and the other guy kind of got me in a bind...cause I can only concentrate on 1 thing at a time, and the guy was installing the refrigerator when the other guy brought the microwave in and I ok'd them to leave and even tipped them-but the microwave was set on its back and the fridge was not pushed all the way back,, so now I have to deal with it...

Sleek and perfectly sized for my kitchen. Very quiet operation. Plenty of storage space for small family. Well lit interior.

This Samsung 4 door replaced my 22.6 side-by-side double door. Due to space I could not buy a larger c.f. refrigerator. Even though I did not gain c.f., the 4 door feels like a 28 c.f. There is more than adequate room. It is so easy to get into the center drawer and the freezer on the bottom is a bonus. Nothing gets LOST in those double doors. All items are easy to find. The ice maker and water dispensers are easy to operate. So happy I bought this refrigerator.

Love the counter depth feature. It is great for a small kitchen.
