Love the fridge, but after 2.5 years the ice maker isn't working and we had someone come out and fix. So far so good!

What I really enjoy is the storage drawer for produce, meat, fish, beverages, deli meats and other items at the appropriate temperature. I use it mainly for deli meats, cheeses and yogurt. It helps by not having to open up the refrigerator doors. I also like the alarm alert when the doors are held or left opened too long. The exterior finish makes it easy to clean fingerprints with just a damp cloth and then finish with a dry cloth.

We bought this fridge in counter depth size. We absolutely love this fridge, has lots of space and design that we like.

This fridge replaced one that I thought was about the same size. This one seems to have found a way to make more room in less space. This fridge definitely holds much more than our old one. Very easy to view what's inside also..Everything is working perfectly so far. Only very minor negative - the ice cubes are very small and you won't get a lot. If you are having a party, you'll have to go buy ice. Otherwise, this unit is really nice.

It was good deal and looks great. counter depth fits well in my kitchen. Installed as promised.

We love this fridge! It does a great job and looks amazing! Our only issue was when trying to get some sticky left overs from a sticker on screen it scratched the screen.

The first Samsung Refrig delivered had an internal water leak (into the snack drawer). The replacement is working well. Like the adjustable shelves with one hinged to put wine bottles.

Excellent fridge. Quiet, lots of storage and extra drawer is great for kiddos and their snacks.

This is a great fridge with convenient features. Just be aware that the doors open outside box dimensions. Recommended spacing is 3" on either side of fridge for doors to open.

Had a side by side in our new home. Prior to moving had a Samsung 4 door and loved it. Couldn't wait to replace it choose to get a new frig instead of a freezer. Put the side by side in the garage. Great to have another Samsung 4 door this model is solid, no freezing vegetables inside. Even temps. Drawers for convenience items are fantastic. Would recommend this to anyone. We have owned it for a month now and love it.

It is a nice looking refrig-freezer. However, the ice maker often makes a lot of noise, so this purchase is sometimes annoying.

I love the roomy fridge section and the variable temp bonus drawer. Not a big fan of the big freezer drawer but that is the style. Water and ice dispenser works well

I keep my high use products in the top French door compartment. This way the fridge top doors do not get open "constantly". The EER rating was also a huge factor in my selecting this model. With kids in the house these two features does go a very long way.

As much as I like the overall look of the refrigerator. I don’t necessarily like the amount of space. Wish it were larger interior capacity

The fridge is what I've been looking for. Counter-depth size is perfect for my kitchen!

First refrigerator sprang INTERNAL leak after only being 12 hours old. Needless to say this happened at 2AM and my kitchen was starting to flood. Best Buy couldn’t replace until two weeks later!! Second refrigerator has continued frost in the freezer section and the icemaker keeps going from cubed to crushed. Highly annoying. Getting it repaired I hope but had to go through Samsung. Again annoying story here but will spare details. BTW, parents got similar model around the same time and the middle draw wouldn’t close. Getting a new one. Stay away from Samsung as they look good but quality is beyond terrible. I spend a lot at Best Buy but this experience makes me question that relationship as they were not very helpful and sell products that are not quality.

My wife and I came to Best Buy in search of a new fridge. We were going to buy a side by side like we had at our old house but we fell in love with this one. We had a Samsung before and having used it for over 3 years we've never had any issues. So this is our first French door fridge, after a month of use we love it. I believe this model is the most affordable 4 door fridge around.
