    Ice Maker defective and Samsung won't cover it!!

    The ice maker on this refridgerator is defective and Samsung knows it and they won't stand by it. There is a class action suit going on right now in regards to this refridgerator.....DO NOT BUY IT!! I have had to repair the ice maker 4 times in 2 yrs. Even purchased a brand new one and 6 months later it broker again!! Samsung WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!

    This fridge does not work! It does not cool properly. We have had to throw away a lot of food due to it not cooling properly. We have been dealing with Samsung customer support for 4 months and they told us that the unit was unrepairable and that they would replace it. That was over a month ago and now they are not responding to any of our calls or messages.

    We have had this for about 5 years. The motor in it can be very noticeable. This occurs unless the fridge is exactly level. Another problem is that it ices up inside and the fan rotor blades hit the ice causing loud noises every few weeks. It is supposed to auto defrost, but it still ices up. This appears to be a major design flaw. We are about to get it serviced because it keeps happening.
