This fridge was awful. We had multiple problems with the ice maker. It froze up all the time, and there was an electrical issue that would switch the ice maker from cubed to crushed all on its own. We would be sitting in the kitchen and would here a beep and it would switch. Minor annoyance, but something was definitely wrong. They serviced the Icemaker 3 times in a year before finally saying they couldn't fix it and Samsung refunded me my money and picked it up. I have a Samsung stove as well and I hate it. The finish on their appliances is cheap. They dent and scratch very easily, like an aluminum can. Wont buy samsung kitchen appliances in the future.

Our icemaker has been freezing over and not producing ice since almost the day we bought it. Technicians have come fix it and it works for a while and stops working again!

Best buy had to replace this fridge 4 times (the motor didn’t work for #1; for #2 and #3 the water line was not feeding it into the ice machine) 2 years after buying it, we realized that the freezer was not keeping temperature low. We tested it and confirmed it, so instead of spending almost 500$ that the customer service was asking, we purchased a chest freezer and just keep silly stuff on it. A couple months ago, the fridge started making noises for days and suddenly it stopped, but sometimes the noise comes back and last up to 15 minutes. Samsung Customer service is a joke

I absolute love this new refrigerator we purchased from Best Buy last month. The design is beautiful and still very functional. It provides a lot more space than my old GE Monogram which had the same volume. I no longer run out of room after grocery shopping. Temperatures are accurate and consistent. It's quiet. I bought this model for the middle drawer which makes it so easy to get frequently used items. The whole shopping experience at Best Buy was great. Best Buy offers great reward program. It was hassle free when I decided to cancel my extended warranty. The installation and delivery had some hiccup, but was resolved quickly. Great purchase!!

This has got to be the worst refrigerator we have ever had. Looked super cool when we got it. We found that we could not put near as much food in this unit for our large family. The icemaker allows only 3 ice tea sized glasses of ice in it. The icemaker is always freezing up and we have to defrost the icemaker all the time. Samsung is aware of this problem and does nothing about it. We have replaced the icemaker once with the same results. Will never buy another product from Samsung.

WARNING! Huge mistake, LOUD icemaker, will literally make us up in the middle of the night. It makes a terrible sound when producing ice and there is some sort of knocking sound every 30-45 minutes.. This is the worse samsung product i've ever purchased and have had no help with the company. I wish i could return this junk item ...
