This dishwasher is really surprising us. Looks great, good space inside, cleans so very well! Completely dry without extra settings. Love the Express mode. Runs so quietly, I had to check it is actually running lolol. Storm setting really works on heavily dirty pots. The auto door opening at the end of the cycle is excellent to prevent a stinky dishwasher. This one is blowing away our last LG! SAMSUNG RULES! We highly recommend it.

Works great!! Its very quiet. I absolutely love the Storm Wash feature to get those tough pots and pans clean with ease. While its not ay all fingerprint resistant... It is very easy to clean.(We have a fridge, microwave and stove in this same Fingerprint resistant Black Stainless color and none of it is fingerprint resistant, but its a nice color)It was simple to hook up, not super heavy, came with everything I needed to replace my old dishwasher. Best Buy was also great! They delivered it with care and worked to help me every step of the way!! I highly recommend this dishwasher if youre in the market for one. I also highly recommend getting it right here at Best Buy!!

Awesome dishwasher. Very quiet and cleans well. Love the 3rd shelf for spatulas and such. The 2nd shelf is adjustable making it easier to wash things that are a little larger.

Super happy with this dishwasher. Its my first new one. Seeing how much it can fit with the adjustable rack and the top third rack blew me away, and it is almost SILENT. However - something i didnt realize until it was too late was that it doesnt exactly have the best drying cycle. I was unaware that heat dry was not something offeres on all dishwashers. Because of that theres usually a good amount of standing water if dishes are faced properly. Causing water rings that are a bit annoying. Instead, it has an automatic open feature that helps it air dry. Ita a price im willing to pay for the amount it can fit.

We have had this for a month and it works great! We don't usually rinse the dishes and still everything is clean. The drying function has been no problem, we usually run at night and in the morning the dishes are ready to put away. Very quiet also. We have had good results whether we use the rinse aid or not. Very easy to load

Dishwasher installation is a breeze and cleans dishes well. Having flexible bottom rack option(folding spokes) would have been great to accommodate pans. The Smart Control only works when dishwasher is closed and turned on which is not so great and also it does not allow remotely(from app)changing cycles once started.

This product is perfect. It’s exactly what I needed. It looks very sleek. Does a great job washing the dishes and I love that. It has an auto release which dries the dishes. Much easier highly recommended.

I love this dishwasher it’s not only cleans the dishes very well it’s very quiet. You can’t even tell it’s running.

So far so good i've only used it twice, its super quiet, and the pop open feature at the end is awesome. i will say theres still water on top og some mugs and glasses after two days of not unloading but i may not be pressing the right buttons

I got a good deal on this dish washer it works perfectly and it's quiet. It has a leak sensor! The LS light came on after I installed it. I pulled it out and noticed I did not connected the water line tightly because it was leaking and I was able to adjust it.

Very quiet and fast washing! Ergonomic design and easy to read buttons. 3rd rack for silverware is a plus.

We had a new dishwasher put in. I was quite surprised with the upgrade and technologies Best Buy had available. Very nice machine very quiet. The installation was done professionally quick and right the first time no problems quite satisfied with Best Buy.

For the price you can’t go wrong with this Samsung model dishwasher. It is very very quiet! Stainless steel front blends in well with our other appliances. Only one drawback, it comes with a very generic manual that does not tell you very much. Go online for more info. We are very pleased!

I purchased this dishwasher but I noticed it would not close, the door latch appeared to be broken on arrival. I notified Best Buy immediatly and they were reasonably helpful and they replaced it a few days later. The second one was installed and it ran great for about a month and then something broke inside and it leaked water on the kitchen floor and into the basement. I contacted Best Buy and they explained it was better for the mfg. to support the product, so they passed me on to Samsung. I then contacted Samsung and explained the issue. They have told me that they would call within 24 hours multiple times over the past week for service but they have yet to call. Since Samsung is not responsive, I attempted to go back to Best Buy tonight and they said I am past the 15 day order window and that I should have contacted them earlier… So I am stuck and back waiting on Samsung. Hopefully this review will help someone avoid the headache of buying from Best Buy and Samsung. In the meantime I attached a picture of damaged ceiling tiles below.

Produce is great and works fine, but Best Buy delivery and installation is terrible. They did not take away old dishwasher despite me having paid for it. It looks great in my living room.

Initially it wasn't getting tge dishes dry but after talking to customer service they helped me change a fiew settings and now it gets dry every time. It is a VERY quiet dishwasher. I also didn't like tgat tge door opened every time that the cycle ended. They also helped me change those settings. It does a great job of cleaning. I was going to give it a four star review but honesty it was my fault for not reading the manual. I also love that the shelf is adjustable.

Super quiet, easy install, washes great, dishes always come out clean and dry. Love the door opens by itself.
