Our new dishwasher is awesome. We have had no issues. It is very quite, and cleans dishes to a sparkling finish. The drying feature is amazing, when the cycles have completed, the door pops open to use air drying which saves on the energy costs. Lastly, the use the 3rd rack for knives, spatulas, and more. The Samsung is very easy to use and it it compliments our other appliances nicely!!

Samsung Dishwasher with Storm Wash is Awesome. Super quiet and the dishes come out squeaky clean. The inside has plenty of room for those large load of dishes. Utensil rack is easily removable and love the third rack. Plenty of cycles options to chose from. When Drying cycle is completed, dishes are manageable due to the great door release. The End cycle alert tone has a soft sound. Outside Stainless Steel color is very pretty and easy to clean. Great Service !

Good quite dishwasher. Cleans well but the washing cycles seem very long, up to 2 hours? After installation the washer had a bad plastic smell to it. The installer recommended running the dishwasher a few time and the smell would go away. I have ran the dishwasher at least 10 times since install the order is just as strong as when the dishwasher was installed. Not sure what to do?

We like having the third rack, This model looked very similar to our previous Boesh model on the inside and it was on sale so we selected it because we needed a dishwasher right away. If you raise the upper rack high enough to place a normal size dinner plate on the lower rack, there is not enough room for glasses on the upper rack. The seems to be only two levels of adjustment. The other issue is the rubber dampening pad used behind the front cover installed per manufacturers instructions does not allow the door to open all the way and makes it difficult to load dishes until you get some weight on it to hold it down. It is fairly quiet and does seem to clean the dishes well, but upper rack adjustment is a design flaw.

After a rocky start, this dishwasher is among the best I've owned (and for a variety of reasons, I've owned quite a few). It is insanely quiet, aesthetically attractive, and offers multiple cycles and functions that get the job done. The manual that Samsung provides is inadequate. If you scan the QR code on the manual, it just directs you to Samsung's website, whereas the QR code on the door takes you directly to the unit's full manual. This was a minor point, but due to the need to figure out why the dishwasher wasn't drying the dishes and instead leaving an inch of water in the tub. You have to tell the dishwasher which specific style of drying you want to deploy for it to finish the cycle, drain the tub, and dry the dishes. And whoo boy, once you've selected which drying option you'd like, those dishes are dry. The most interesting feature of the dishwasher is that it pops the door open a couplel of inches to ventilate out the steam (helping dry the dishes) at the end of the cycle. It shuts itself off, which is a nice departure from the annoying and perpetural flashing cycle-complete lights on other brands. Its also integrated with SmartThings quite easily, and now I get notifications on my phone like the cycle is complete, that it needs sheeting agent, and how much time is left on the cycle or since it completed. Not necessary, but nice to have. You can also program the app and download the choice to the dishwasher, but you have to still manually press the start button, so while technically elegant, not a necessity. The only other complaint about the machine, documented by others on various dishwasher forums, is that the tines in the racks are hinged and too easily collapse, leaving you with no support to hold the dishes. You'll get in the habit of making sure the tines on each row are upright before you begin loading dishes. Overall, a well-featured dishwasher for the money that cleans dishes thoroughly, and dries even plastic containers that other machines leave dripping wet. Programming is easy (just a couple of choices that you have to make) and the machine whirs to life and does its job. I'd recommend this dishwasher and tell any buyer to download the full manual before attempting to run a cycle (or the quick start guide should include instructions to choose a drying cycle).

We bought this dishwasher more than a year ago, and we are highly satisfied with it. It cleans so effectively on Express mode (60 minutes) that we almost never use any of the settings, and even the plastic storage containers get dry. Our kitchen is part of a great room, so sound travels, but this is so quiet we often forget we've turned it on. We love the delay start setting too. We haven't had any problems with leaks or other issues.

Great dishwasher !! Very quit and cleans well. Had lots off room for pots and pan. Third shelf is great for lids and other flat items

Works great, the inside space is designed to maximize room for dishes, i like the top drawer for silverware, it allows the user to space them away from each other, leaving more room for dishes in the bottom, i like how quiet it is, it's not disruptive at all, the only thing I don't like is how stiff the door is, it opens hard

This dishwasher is super quiet and super easy to hook up. As far as features go we moved into a new house and the dishwasher we had didnt work. So its all an upgrade. I read many bad reviews. One talking about leaks and another one talkinh about things falling off. My girlfriend and I are happy. As soon as its done the auto dry pops out the door. As a separate complaint though i bought the geek squad service cause they said it would cover the dilivery plus take the old one. Well the game came and he just left it cause he's couldnt get the old one out. I ended up taking the old one out and installing the new one. After a 12 hour shift at a factory. Wasnt please but i did it and that day went to best buy and got refunded my 200 dollars. It was easy installation. I googled it. Well worth the money. You cant even hear it when it on most of the time.

I love this dishwasher. It is so quiet and everything comes out dry. I’ve had for about a month and works great. The cycles are long and the third row is still something I’m learning best uses for maximum capacity. It has adjustable racks. I’m very happy with this purchase.

After years of rinsing dishes, I finally found there really IS a dishwasher you could load dishes and other utensils in, dirty, and they would COME OUT CLEAN! Very nice to have 3 pull out shelves too. But the amazing cleaning performance is the top selling point. I’m not using anything but the dishwasher pods I’ve always used. So happy with all the features.

It cleans very well, it is efficient, I love the digital didplat on the screen since the counter overhangs the washer, and it is very quiet. We had to get used to the door opening automatically at the end but it isn't a problem. I like the versatility of the racks as well. All of our appliances are Samsung and we love them.

The top rack for silverware is great, I tell my wife not to use the basket. The stainless tub is bright and the interior components are colorful to contrast. Pops open at the end to help drying, surprising at first if unaware. You can barely tell it is running.
