    Returned. The door felt flimsy. No drying feature. I also had trouble with food clogging drain. On the positive: Cleaned well, reasonably priced.

    Looks great but doesn’t fit under an ADA countertop. Best Buy won’t let us return this even though it’s unused.

    So far it is a great unit. Install went well and the installers took time to answer questions. I am sure this is a 5 star unit i haven't had it long enough to give it 5 stars.

    Does not stay connected to the app. My other appliances stay connected even when I am not home. This dishwasher does not making some functions unusable.

    cycle runs forever. does not heat dry. auto opens at cycle end to "air dry." very inefficient. dishes do not appear clean. the water left on dishes means hand drying. water is left inside the machine, begins to smell and potentially grow mildew. unsafe for pets and children to leave open. very unhappy with this purchase

    LC code as soon as testing. Samsung told me to air it out for 8 hours. Still not working - swapping out

    The Samsung dishwasher does not clean as well as my old Whirlpool dishwasher. Also, my Whirlpool dishwasher had a heater to dry the dishes. I new this when I purchased the Samsung brand. I really miss this feature.

    Product is not the best model don’t like the silverware rack it moves all over the place def wish I could of purchased a different model when I purchased
