Love the dishwasher! Easy Installation! Priced just right! Works flawlessly with my Samsung Connected home. My family loves how the 3rd rack for silverware holds so much, and they are so clean. We had an old dishwasher that came with our home when we bought it 7 years ago. This new Samsung dishwasher has us second guessing all the appliances in our home. Way more energy efficient. The app lets you know when your low on Finish, when the wash is done, and plays a nice melody when it’s clean!!

Best dishwasher I've ever owned. My dishes not only become completely clean but the sanitizer option makes me not afraid to still have bacteria left on my dishes. The storm wash is also an amazing option with no prerinse involved. If you want a mean machine and clean dishes then this is for you.

I have to be honest, not feeling this one so much. I LOVE having the 3rd rack(small utensil one on top) BUT it takes up space so I can't put my Stanley in there. It's a compromise. I DON'T love the way that the bottom rack is set up. There is no place for large casserole dishes or pans because every inch has the wire "holders" and so what I end up doing is moving the utensil basket to the left side of the rack and putting my casserole dishes/pans on the right side where the basket is supposed to go. And the way the wire "holders" are set up feels awkward somehow, not efficient. Also, for some reason it doesn't dry very well but maybe I just haven't found the right setting.

I’ve only had this dishwasher for about a month. It cleans well but it’s taking sometime to adjust to the racks. While I do like having the 3rd rack, I find the bottom rack more difficult to utilize than may last dishwasher. There are a lot of larger spaces in the bottom rack that allow smaller (lunch containers) items to fall through. The plate slots seem pretty close together too which made me worry about how clean they are getting but so far so good. No complaint at with operation or ability to clean but if you are very particular about how your dishwasher is loaded this one might not be for you.

I love the dishwasher. Very quiet and dishes always come out clean. Service in the store was super easy and delivery was right on time and he even made sure itran before leaving!

The dishwasher is great with auto opening but I had a delivery problem with BestBuy. If you live in Manhattan, I recommend you to check other website. I ordered the machine in July 2024 and best buy delayed its delivery multiple times and in Sept 2024, I purchased thru Lowe's and delivered next day.

My previous Samsung didn’t even last four years. We wanted all our appliance finishes to match so we stuck with Samsung again. The interior seems a little weakly built. It is quiet and cleans well, drying cycle is adequate. Hope it lasts.

I've had several dishwashers in my lifetime but this one is smart and it actually gets my dishes clean and is quiet as a mouse. I'm so impressed with this purchase !!!

It’s not as big on the inside as my last dishwasher, but love the feature that allows the door to pop open and dry the dishes further…cleans dishes nicely, even on quick wash.

I picked this up on black Friday for $599. Super pleased with how it runs. Very quiet and cleans well. Save the $$ that Best Buy charges for install. I installed it myself after watching a YouTube video. Very easy.

Love the smart function of this washer and various cycle options. Like the autoopen feature as well. Some cycle have trouble drying the dishes completely and I have to air them out for a day which is annoying.

Piece of Junk! Purchased end of November, it’s now March, this appliance has been nothing but trouble. When it actually works it does a beautiful job. Unfortunately the machine continues to need to be reset. It continues to give a “Leak” Fault (LC), but there is no leak. When this happens the machine will not work. I have to shut the breaker off and let it sit for a while. Sometimes it pretends like it’s going to work and starts working it self up, indefinitely, just stays stuck in start up mode. Time to reset the breaker again. All the functions used to work on it, now only the normal cycle works, it’s a 2 hour cycle. The springs that assist the door opening and closing seem to have slipped out of place or maybe the brackets broke. Remember, this machine is only 4 months old. The machine was not overly used, or used roughly. It is just poor quality. Save yourself the hassle, DO NOT BUY THE MACHINE.

While this dishwasher cleans well, I love not having a handle sticking out. We are not as happy with the control panel and the drying cycle. it has an auto-open door for final drying - but we have dogs and the door comes all the way open so not a great design and we had to turn that feature off. so dishes don't dry well.

This is my second purchase of this dishwasher for another house. Love it. Pure joy. Cleans like crazy, quieter than most, love the adjustable rack height. Options for settings easy to use. Sleek looking and easy to take care of.

I love my new dishwasher, it is quiet, it has plenty of room with 3 racks and they are adjustable. It looks great, and no fingerprints.
