The installation process was easy and he was very knowledgeable and did a great job of installing the equipment.

This thing is so quiet I couldn't even hear it in the dining room adjacent to the kitchen. Dishes are literally squeeky clean.

Turns out that Kitchen-aid was not so good. I now Know what a good dishwasher is like. Dishes come out clean. They are cleaner now after a couple of washes than when they come out of the old washer. So we put all of the dishes through before using them and what a difference.

Cons: Requires a complex series of buttons and commands just to set a cycle, and does not retain previous settings so you have to do it EVERY WASH. Also; the door drops open 4 minutes at the end of a wash to "complete the drying cycle". Huh? Spend a little more and get a more straightforward unit.

The dishwasher also has the Auto Release™ Dry feature, which helps with the drying process which automatically opens the door 1-15 minutes before the cycle ends. It greatly improves the drying capability of the dishwasher.

The purchase process was simple, the guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and helped us get the right thing at the right price that fit our budget. We did go for pickup but we were able to pick it up within two weeks of purchase which was great.

Our last dishwasher was pretty old so this is so much quieter and fits so much more! Can’t go wrong with this one. Highly recommend!
