This lives up to the hype and we love it. Best Buy installed it and they were quick and respectful! I recommend it to others already.

I liked the idea of 3 racks, but I’m still trying to get used to the layout. I was hoping the WiFi access would be beneficial, but as soon as I hooked it up to the app I received notification that someone from Romania was trying to access my phone. I had all kinds of security issues when I did the same thing with my Samsung washer years ago as well. I had to delete the app and it all stopped.

Great product poor install team

I actually really like the way it dries, but I highly recommend installing it yourself or getting a plumber to do it. The team that Best Buy hires seems to be incompetent. I had to pay more money the day that they showed up to get my own Plumber to do what they refuse to do
