D/W is very quiet & does a great job cleaning the dishes & glasses. Have not mastered the art of loading the D/W yet to get max amount of items loaded. It will take a little time, but am confident that this task will be completed.

The best thing about this dishwasher is how quiet it is. Compared to an old Maytag dishwasher, this thing is barely noticeable even when in the same room. Nice clean look with no knobs or buttons on the front. Dishwasher is more eco-friendly which means it uses colder water and shorter cycles by default. I noticed this didn't clean dishes as well so I opt for the heavy-duty cycle and sanitize option to ensure my dishes are clean. It defeats the purpose of being eco-friendly if you have to run the unit twice just to get dishes clean.

The dishwasher is sleek and matches my other Samsung appliances. I like the modern look of all of my Samsung appliances. The dishwasher cleans dishes very well. I have not found any residue on my dishes since purchase. It does run a long time while washing and it does not have a drying unit. I rarely used the drying element in my old dishwasher but it does require letting the dishes set in the dishwasher over night to ensure they have and opportunity to air dry. That is the only draw back I have noticed. Other wise great appliance and I would highly recommend this product.

I can't believe how quiet this dishwasher is when it's running. Unless you see the indicator lights in front on, you wouldn't know it's doing something. It is so spacious, too!!! I also like how the controls are hidden. All the dishes come out sparkly, clean and DRY. I don't understand why other people have made comments about it not drying the dishes completely. If you've read the manual or even if you haven't but have had an old dishwasher before, it is recommended that you use "rinse aid". Note: The first unit that was installed died after a week. It would run (or at least it sounded like it) but water was just leaking on the inside of the tub. The "high" light indicator just kept blinking and turning off the unit from the unit would not let us turn it off. The power had to shut off from our house's main circuit box just to keep it off. The Best Buy store in our area (thanks to the manager, Tim) immediately sent a replacement for it. It's been two weeks since the 2nd unit was installed and it seems to be working perfectly. I still got Geek Squad protection for it though just to have peace of mind.

This dishwasher, while part of a four appliance package, provides me with two of the most important things I wanted in a dishwasher. First, it has a stainless steel tub. Hopefully there will be no cracking like a plastic interior. Secondly, the dishwasher has a solid food disposer, eliminating the need for handwashing before using the dishwasher. When one lives in drought country, every bit of water is precious. My sales agent fortunately told me to use a rinse aid with this dishwasher to help the dry cycle. The only problem I have with this dishwasher is the silverware holder. It is a little difficult to empty. I feel that if the largest side opened it would facilitate easier unloading.

I reviewed the dishwashers online at various stores while knowing I'd be buying at Best Buy due to the quality produces and excellent warrantee. We checked out the dishwashers at Best Buy and focused on Samsung as we purchased a Samsung washer/dryer at BB and are very satisfied. This dishwasher is totally stainless steel inside, is quiet, has adequate settings without lots of complexity. The machine works as we hoped (wash and dry) when the instructions are followed; that is, make sure the water is hot before starting and use the "rinse aid".

For the money, this dishwasher rivals other $800 + models. I was able to get this model at the 4th of july sale for $500. Fairly quiet when running and does a great job cleaning the dishes

Really a pretty nice machine. Overall we're very satisfied. We are getting used to loading it, as it is set up differently than our 15 year old Kitchen Aid. Cleans nicely! You really need to use Jet Dry, and as long as you do the dishes are pretty dry. But it's best if you open the door after the cycle finishes, for complete drying. If you put larger utensils in the silverware tray the spray arm hits it. You have to watch out for that.

Does a good job of cleaning. Very quiet. At the end of cycle, dishes and inside of Machine are wet. Don't care for bottom rack; hard to load and very low.

Nice looking stainless steal , easy to use however the tines on the upper drawer are not tall enough overall for tea, drink glasses. Otherwise the wife likes it, that's what's important.

This unit was purchased to replace low end builder appliances. The hope was that this dishwasher would be quiet and more efficient than the builder appliances, sadly it is neither. This dishwasher is about par for noise for other brands at this cost. It is not exceptionally quiet as some reviews stated. The controls are easy and everything functions as expected, but I would prefer to see more settings offered. The dishes come out ok, but nothing to warrant a higher rating The unit gave a high temp and water error code (learned by deciphering the multi light flashing code) and stopped working after 7 months and so we called Samsung for a warranty repair. The repair technician came out and had to replace a sensor. He said it could be caused since we have a water filtration system and that we should only use 1/2 the amount of detergent and always use rinse aid. Overall not impressed, if anyone is looking to replace appliances with one single brand, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. I have a Samsung dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator and all 3 have had to be repaired or replaced within the first 13 months.

I've only had this product for a month, but it has worked well so far. Easy to use, user-friendly. Seem to be a good basic dishwasher, with a nice look and stainless steel finish.

Very, very quiet. Cleans well. Love the configuration on the bottom. Holds a ton of dinner plates and silverware. Recommended.

This must be the best dishwasher in its category. The elegant design does not compromise the performance. Very quiet, cleans very well, huge space. I only wish the top rack has longer spokes on the other side to hold more glasses. Nevertheless, still a great dishwasher!

Samsung - 24" Built-in Dishwasher - Stainless-Steel. Really like this units cleaning ability and very quiet. Clean light goes out quickly is my only complaint.

Dishwasher is very quiet and seems to get the dishes pretty clean. Likely need to use a rinse aid to get the desired level of clean though.

The dishwasher is quiet but, I've yet to have it get the dishes completely clean. I even prewashed the dishes and they came out dirty again. Bad odor if you let it sit for a few days without running a cycle.

Good looking, nice features, very quiet and very affordable.

Lots of capacity. Very quiet. Does a much better job of cleaning that the Kenmore junk it replaced.
