Great dishwasher. Very quiet, can hardly ever tell that its running. Dishes come out clean, but you will need the Dry Rinse Aid. I did not know that. Its cheap and easy to use though. Well worth it.

Best Buy installation was perfect. It works great and has plenty of room for lots of dirty dishes. The stainless steel front has a nice clean classic look and goes great with my kitchen. My sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Quiet is the first thing I was looking for as my wife loves to run the dishwasher in the evening as we are settling down to watch a movie. My old dishwasher sounded like a dryer with a brick in it, but that never stopped the old lady from running it at movie time...anyway this one is whisper quiet and no matter how hard she tries she will not interrupt Arnold or Sylvester from from letting me escape into fantasy land. it also gets stuck on food off etc...etc..

Love this dishwasher. It is very quiet and cleans really well. Excited about the different "alarms" (e.g., water leaking), but fortunately haven't experienced them yet. Looks good, too.

We needed a replacement for an aging dishwasher already repaired once and we are satisfied with this Samsung. It operates very quietly on 'Normal' cycle and the dishes, glasses and silverware come out very clean. What more can you want!

I've had both Bosch and Samsung dishwashers. Samsung brand is as quite and cleans dishes as good as Bosch. Consumer reports rates Bosch higher, but I can't notice any difference.

Only had a month. It does not have a rinse cycle and doesn't dry dishes well. . Cycle is long but very quiet. Seems to clean just average. Is nice looking but have to clean daily for fingerprints. Overall average dishwasher-good value for the price.

Very quiet. Cleans well. I did add her dry for the drying. Wine glasses are spotless. Utensils get very clean. No left over food on it. Looks great in my kitchen. Trying to remodel. I am purchasing all Samsung products. So far so good.

Only drawback is that the dishes don't always dry completely on a Normal wash setting, otherwise, no prewash is necessary and the unit is quiet

So quiet and gets the dishes clean. Everyone comments that it doesn't dry but all you need to do is get the recommended drying agent and dishes are perfect every time!

I cook and bake from scratch so I run the dishwasher frequently, at least once a day and often twice. This dishwasher is very easy to load, has adjustable racks and is deep enough to load any of my pots, pans, and large mixing bowls. It cleans very well. My only complaint is that it doesn't dry well. There are usually quite a few dishes in every load that I have to hand-dry or allow to air-dry. It is very quiet. It looks very nice in my kitchen. The "hidden" buttons make it look very clean and modern.

There is plenty of room in this dishwasher for a ton of dished. The racks hold tall dishes with ease. My dishes are very clean and I had to put my ear to the door to see that it was working because it is so quiet!

I love this dishwasher. It looks and works great. The only thing I wish it had was an indicator that the dishes were clean (that a cycle had run). It has an indicator, but it only stays on for 10 minutes.

Pretty nice dishwasher that does what it's supposed to. It cleans your dishes. It looks beautiful. That's the best thing about Samsung products, the design. It definitely cleans everything, but does not dry the dishes well. I leave the door ajar for awhile after a cycle, but we still have to hand dry things before putting them away. We will be testing out some Jetdry soon with it. Also, it's So quiet! We don't even know it's on after we hit the start button. Overall, happy with the purchase.

This dish washer does a excellent job on the dirtiest dishes. I have a open kitchen and living room, we can run the dish washer and watch TV at the same time. Super quite!! I would highly recommend this dish washer.

We are a household of 4 and run our dishwasher every 2-3 days. This dishwasher is able to keep pace and has plenty of space for all of our dishes, glasses and silverware. The dishes come out clean and spotless.

I got this as an open box item for a great deal. It is very quiet, does a great job cleaning dishes, and looks nice. The only drawback may be the lack of settings. I don't see this as a big deal though, 95+% of the time I wash dishes on the normal setting anyway.

This dishwasher fits a lot of dishes easily. Cleans very well. Is quite, you can easily have a conversation in the kitchen while it's running and barely hear it in the next room, but I prefer the delayed start feature to run at night. Top controls keep the front sleek and clean looking. Overall a solid machine that functions well.

Very nice design, outside and in. Very good use of space inside, with nicely designed adjustable racks and slots for individual dishes to fit the users china. Very quiet. Easily interruptible wash cycle.
