Leaves dishes and the inside wet. It advises to not pre wash dishes, so I put in some that were slightly dirty, just rinsed with water. Mild on everything but only in the bottom rack. Top rack was fine. Only happened once so far but still gross.

The 20-year-old dishwasher that I replaced with this dishwasher dried better than this. I'm very disappointed!! I suppose I will have to endure the entire process of missing work, waiting for the item to arrive, and the installation process itself all over again if indeed Best Buy will replace it with a dishwasher that dries at least somewhat. The photos are from today, but the dishwasher actually ran yesterday.

Now Dec., and still-Had an issue with the set -up of this Dishwasher. So, I paid an extra $180.00 to have someone come out to reconnect it. THIS, after waiting months for the item (NOTE: SAYS-NO LONGER can be returned) It does NOT DRY! so, my dishes have mold on them & you have to wipe down inside each time (PICS) if you do not get to them RIGHT then. WHY? very exhausting & time-consuming, all around. AND NOW I cannot return it due to the time, REALLY?! I read other complaints about this matter, and the only response was a link. Yes, I copy, and paste it - it does NOT HELP. WHY would I get a dishwasher that did NOT dry dishes? why? Look at water spots from last night, and I have to hand dry. ugh!

Our previous dishwasher did not dry our dishes very well. This dishwasher has more features, runs quieter, and gives a better clean than my old one did. So far, so good.

The first one had a drain valve that didn’t work properly. After weeks of waiting Samsung came out, agreed it was faulty( my luck). So I waited weeks to have a new delivered. This works fine, however the complete exterior within 2 weeks began to develop rust spots. After hours on the phone & them saying it must have been something I did, he agreed to send a company out to look at it…still waiting for company to schedule.

Plastic parts inside keep coming apart when the dishwasher runs. As a result the center spinner is damaged. Would like Bestbuy to replace this part. It runs quiet but the dishes do not get dry.
