Don't dry well

I tried all washes mode, high temp, heated dry, but don't dry well, on the upper draw, the dishes, cups completely wet. Now, the part under the top draw, when I put the machine to work, the part fell all the time. I'm very mad and frustrated about this SAMSUNG dishwasher.

This dishwasher makes hardly any noise compared to the other ones I’ve had. At this price point I really wasn’t expecting that. They usually make the really quiet ones very very expensive. Looks great! I love it!

Within the 1st month the repair person had to come out 3x to fix it. It's not working again. Inconvenient and aggravated. Buying a Maytag now and cutting my losses.

Noisy fan, noisy cycle

Poor drying

I have nothing but problems with it, dishes are never clean. Looking forward to purchase a new one and have it installed from a local store or Home Depot / Lowe’s
