Very dissapointed in the heating temperatures clean up is not a breeze all grates are very heavy and hard to keep clean. One stain and it burns in . Stainless steel stains super easy even w water falling on it (boiling)

Installer reallt wanted to install. Measured snd said if might fit. Neglected to say (until directly asked) that wifi module wouldn't fit.

The cooktop dimensions are 281 /2" x 31 /8" x 195 /8", which meets the installation requirements, and the wifi module is outside the countertop cutout.

Defective products. Bought it exactly 2 months ago and installed couple of weeks ago. Aleady the lights are not working. Called Samsung for technician after an hour on the phone they agreed to send one. Still no idea when.
They asked for serial number date of purchase which I sent them a copy. They wanted to know how much I paid. I sent them the receipt but since it was for few items it was not acceptable..
I was so frustrated for the service and the products that I am canceling all my other items that I bought for my remodeled kitchen.
There are better brand with better service out there.
Horrible experience.
Wish could have given them -10 that they deserve

This item is faulty as one of the knobs is not working correctly. The tech on site already submitted the complaint for the exchange.

Not working properly...low gas flow. Some of the gas is not going all the way around.

Because of the notch on the back for Bluetooth, this unit did not fit for me. I have a granite backsplash which it hits trying to drop it in. Everything else fit and looked good. Not sure who's bright idea it was to stick this on all of the Samsung cooktops but I think it was a mistake and probably will affect their sales. It really surprises me they would not think a wall might be behind the cooktop.

disappointed in Palm Springd

Bought and PAID Range top and Dishwasher last April. Delivered in November. Went to pick up and they SOLD it to someone else.. Great now discontinued. Had to pick something else and had to wait... The new countertop was cut to the original and new one had to be recut to fit. Same as dishwasher and got a cheaper one than the Bosch we order. Gee... no call .. no I sorry.. No additional payment for the re-cut counter top or the extra time paid to fit the dishwasher.

I loved it when I first got it, but exactly 20 days after the warranty expired a burner completely died. Repairs are going to cost approximately 40% of the original purchase price. The knobs are very weak as well and several have broken.
