This TV has a very nice picture and the sound is very good without a sound bar. It was somewhat easy to set up. I was able to connect it to Alexa. I can give Alexa the command to cut off the TV and change the channels. Alexa cannot cut the TV off. Not sure why? My biggest issue is with the Voice Assistant on the Remote which came with the TV. I try to speak into it and it will not respond. Not sure why? The instructions that came with the TV are very sketchy. I did follow the instructions to connect the voice assistance on the remote but it will not respond. If anyone has any advice, please let me know.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my wife to replace her 10 year old Samsung. Setup was a snap. Haven't set up for Alexa yet as my wife probably wouldn't use it anyway. Picture if crisp and clear, though when viewing from an angle, which I do when we watch the news together, it's a little washed out, but I'm getting used to it. Don't have a sound bar for it (yet), but the TV speaker sound is fine. So far I haven't heard any complaints from her so I guess I did good. Now seriously thinking of replacing my 7 year old TV myself.

The picture quality was nice. It was just a bit too small for me. I ended up getting the 43-inch version and loved it. The remote can charge from light! Welcome to the future- today...

Wow, this thing blows away our other tv. Even if you stream less than 4k it converts it to 4k. Lets you save data if you need to...or if reception varies, you dont notice it.

Perfect for the kitchen. I’m not a huge fan of Samsung. I bought the 32” Sony first and for Sony was a crappy purchase. So I exchanged it got this. It was an open box but didn’t look like it was used. So it was a good value

I'm very satisfied with the TV. Good color and definition. Fits just right in my small living room. Also very satisfied with the guys from Best Buy that came to set it up. They did a great job.

When buying a TV so much goes into determining the best for you. I have 4 Samsung Q TVs and all exceed what I expected. Is there better? Sure. Worse? Absolutely but for the price this TV group is perfect for my family

Easy setup with a Samsung account. Just the right size for our bedroom in our park model in AZ.

Love this TV. It makes my PC setup look so much better. love how clear the picture is, and it has great sound quality. if you can get an open box like i did, you won't be disaaponted.

Great tv. Clear picture and all my streaming apps load up quickly. Liked this one so much I'm getting a second one to replace an older model tv I've been using in my bedroom.

I love the picture and upgrade features, but I don't worry about the sound (as others have complained) as I have the TV connected via optical cable to a surround sound system. However, the remote (although nifty because of the solar charging) lacks significant features I would be used to. I have the TV on my desk (PC monitor/TV) but, the ability to switch between inputs (PC/DirecTV) requires too many remote selections - Home-move down-left-left-left-source-PC-select. Sucks, put a "source" selection on the remote for a faster switch.

Its becoming increasingly difficult to find a decent tv around the 32" size. I used to have an LG that I absolutely loved, but after 10+ years of use it died, and this is what I replaced it with. First, picture quality is pretty good, and using the Movie preset, it took very little additional adjustments to get the picture how I like it. The tv is also strangely tolerant of off-spec signals, as I use lots of weird video equipment on this display. And for tv speakers, the ones on here sound fine. But on to the complaints. Despite being a 4k tv, I am unable to view 4k content on this display without the audio randomly cutting out. This happens with multiple devices, multiple brands of HDMI cables that are all rated for the job, and on every input the tv offers. This is not limited to the tv speakers as well, as the audio dropouts also affect the optical out. I have opted to just live without 4k, as repeated efforts to get Samsung support to do something have resulted in them setting up appointments for tv repair shops that don't actually exist, and just being strung along via their customer support line. Also, it developed a couple dead pixels after about a year, which is something Samsung will theoretically help you fix, if their customer support where better. I would love to recommend this display, as there are legitimate things I like about it, but not being able to actually run 4k content with working sound is a pretty serious issue, and even if its just a problem with my specific display, the process of trying to repair it has soured me on ever purchasing a Samsung product again.

This little tv is just awesome! Full 4K in a small package. A little pricy but pretty much worth it!

Picture and sound quality is excellent. Life like picture in 4K. Wife likes using the ear bud feature with this tv too. This TV has all the bells and whistles for a smaller tv.

I was at mission valley store & it really sucked. Service was not good!!! I then went to my regular store mira Mesa & they were amazing!! Thank you mira Mesa Best Buy!

This is an excellent 32" 4K UHD TV. This is the only 32" 4K model I could find. It has an excellent, clear picture and it was able to connect with our WiFi system easily.

This is a fantastic tv. Great colors, clarity and picture. What you expect from samsung. I would recommend this tv to anyone.

This tv is great for small spaces and has an extremely clear picture with great sound qaulity aswell. The remote is a little strange at first but is really nice.

This tv is by far the best tv I have ever purchased. Makes gaming so realistic and the clarity is top tier. I definitely will be purchasing more in different sizes for the rest of my home.

This TV has a beautiful picture with the connections HDMI and USB connections needed. The Smart features are easy to use. Overall, this is a great value.
