Response time is slow. Simple and frequently used options like the sleep timer are buried 4 menus deep. Remote is a bit janky and cheap feeling. Disappointed overall, not worth the cost in my opinion.

never use Best Buy Again

This didnt happen so I cancelled the Best Buy Prime Customer Support Contract, midway through the contract - very disappointed in Best Buy changing the rules from the beginning. They had to change out the original TV installed by Best Buy to a newer original existing TV I had in the wall, but because of our age, I don’t climb ladders simple job complicated by Best Buy lying on the phone purchasing the TV probably never used by spy again too many other sources. TV great Purchase is really lousy.

Would have been helpful to include more wording on the quick set up guide instead of just pictures...particularly what size screws especially for minimum depth to do wall mount on existing bracket.

It may be a 60Hz refresh rate, but that’s hardly a con. The sound quality in the built in speakers is such that I don’t feel the need to hook up external speakers or a sound bar.

It shows a bunch of advertisements. This goes on for almost one minute. I want the TV to go on immediately, The sound anf picture are excellent.

I already have a 55" QLED and love its picture quality. So, having to replace my RVs 32" tv, I had to have the great quality of a Samsung QLED TV.
