Bad quality control, worse customer service

Best and worst monitor ever

For the price this has got to be the best and worst monitor in existence. If you get lucky and end up with a perfect monitor with 0 issues it's amazing but there are so so so many issues with like 90% of these monitors and Samsungs QC, scanlines everywhere, flickering, terrible viewing angles, with on occasion just decide to stop working altogether.

Poor Bestbuy Support/Good Monitor

Bestbuy support said the monitor does not come with screws. What kind or monitor that cost 1000$ doesn't come with screws? The monitor itself is nice and crisp but you have to play with the colors to get it how you want it.

Not too many options that are 4k with 240hz. Just make sure you have a gpu that can push it. Thankful I could get a Black Friday discount on it

Just make sure that uou have a high end GPU in order to take full advantage of the momitors specs

Store would not exchange for a new unit. They said i had to buy a new one. Sale was over. BB would not give me sale price as sale was over. Bought on friday returned monday. Horrible experience with Best buy.

It has been nothing but problems, can’t even return it now. I would not buy this. I have to bring it back to Best Buy and see if I can get a new one. Sometimes it won’t turn on and sometimes when it does I get a black screen.
