To start my review I got this again the 57 inch they sell as well and ended up refunding the 57 inch. For those of you in the same boat that was thinking about getting both and having a hard time picking this review is for you. The 57 inch was great. "8k" so it looked amazing. (My 4090 was dying lol) room to finally get rid of my 2 other screens and gaming was weird in 32:9. The reason I returned it for this amazing screen is the fact that they are the same price and this is just 2 of the 57 inch stacked on top of each other. Plus if you really miss 32:9 or 21:9 for gaming or for work. This screen also has modes to change to them both. I never seen that before. I used it for dark souls and riding games and it feels the same. You do get a black bar on the bottom or top during this but thats not that bad because of how black this screen gets. On top of all that this screen also has speakers that are pretty good unless you use something crazy. The screen is uglier then the 57 inch because 4k stretched out over 55 inches gets a bit pixely but in games you cant tell as much vs random videos. So my case is only get the 57 inch if you work or code alott. The 55 inch is just better. Now my normal review. If you older or have bad eyes this thing will help alot. I played the finials and other fps games and I can see everything better plus 165 hz and 1 ms has made it so I'm scoring in the top 2-3 instead of last xD. Movies/youtube is crazy. I've done nothing but game at 4k and watch everything because this thing makes everything pop. Colors are ok. Not great tbh but after messing with the settings I managed to make it look great. 57 inch was better so if you edit pictures or videos and need good colors might need to pick that. Sound was ok. It beat my cheap setup I got for 20 dollars but it does the job and you'll use a headset most of the time anyways. But its close to 360 sound so you can hear in direction so movies are great. Remote/software was snappy but its slow to get through all the menus and options. Plus if you want to go multiplayer and use the 4 screens feature you lose 32:9 and also huge negative you haveee to connect your wifi.... makes no sense. I refuse to connect this screen to the internet because its just a monitor for me nothing more. I'm afraid they are going to update it and slow it down or remove features like Samsung always does so I can tell you anything wifi related. The hub is amazing. A lot of people have bad things to say but clearly they havent tried to reach around a screen before to plug a cable in. That hub saved me so much time. 57 inch was the worst. Took me 23 minutes to plug in a usb and hdmi... Overall if this thing is on sale and you have money to burn pick this up. I think its worth 1500-2000$ 16:9 is just better for everything but work and with this size even work might be a bit better. 5/5 recommended

Experienced immersive gaming and viewing as a TV. Size of the screen is perfect in my opinion You've really don't have to turn your head your peripheral picks up most of the detail. The picture is 4K so it's pretty sharp blacks are not impressive I noticed graying around the top area on a dark setting. This monitor is heavy to say the least you'll definitely want a partner to handle it Make sure you attach the stand while the monitor is in the foam because when removed the threads do not line up and you will be very upset. I was disappointed with the digital audio capability. The display port capabilities did not allow me to provide digital signal to my gaming system. That made me very upset because I have nice speakers. The monitor only allows digital audio through HDMI so if you have a sound bar that has a ERC connection you cannot share it with or duplicate it with the HDMI ports. That really sucks. Wi-Fi streaming was great and provided digital audio. I did not return the monitor because I had more pros and cons and I literally would not be able to reverse pack this beast.

I drove most of an hour to pick up this behemoth to replace a pair of 1080p 27" screens while it was on sale, about a third off. First thing to say is this is massive. Sitting at the same distance, 3'-4', from this as the old pair of monitors is immersive to say the least, however I can't play certain games full screen since I would have to physically look around to see the full map on display and in a fast-paced MOBA the delay would be a death sentence. Second, this thing is appropriately heavy, specs call it assembled and out of the box, 91.5 lbs, most of that is the base and you do not want to torque most of $3k of fragile glass. I assembled and placed this by myself out of necessity and I wish I had friends. I'd like to get a new desk or wall mount for this but I want to let the original memories fade first. Watching movies is an IMAX experience IF you have a decent source to play from, streaming is a last resort but I noticed plenty of distracting digital artifacting on dark portions of a movie from Prime, think flickering square in various shades of black. A Blu-Ray file was a much better experience. One of the things I was hoping to do was feed a second line from my computer into the monitor and simulate two ultrawide screens, top and bottom. I haven't done this yet since my computer only outputs DP and the monitor only accepts 1 DP input, plenty of other options but another mild frustration. Even if I did get a DP to HDMI converter, from the menus I've looked at so far, the advertised multi-screen function will only do the following configurations: 1 | 2 1 | 2/3 1/2 | 3 1/2 | 3/4 The "|" symbol splitting sides while the "/" above and below. I'd like the 1/2 config. On the productivity front, you have screen real estate for days - month - years; you want to look at 8 different Office documents at once? Go ahead. I do CAD professionally at work though and I trialed a CAD program at home with this and the curved screen really throws you when you're drawing a straight line. You just have to trust the program is doing what you tell it to. I included a picture from when I first placed it on my desk before rotating the screen to horizontal, in vertical it wasn't too far from my ceiling so... Overall this thing is nice so far, hope this helps anyone reading.
