    Although the picture is quality and brightness were top quality, the screen continually went black for 2-3 seconds every 10 minutes or so. Very frustrating while online gaming, had to return.

    I went through a ton of monitors before finally settling with this one! Price is worth it if you game a lot.

    I have had so many issues- not for the monitor itself but just retrieving the item. Best Buy said they would refund me- then I got an email saying the claim was denied. Then after the 4th time calling them they set up a replacement for a store that did not have the item in stock but said it would be there in 5 days. That day is today and I get a notification saying not in stock to wait another week. Trying to get my $800 dollar refund or monitor has been impossible. So yes for the chance to win $400 for writing a review good god I hope I win for this bs I had to put up with.

    Scan lines EVERYWHERE. DO NOT BUY.

    If you YouTube this monitor, you will find Hardware Unboxed reviewed this monitor and pointed out the glaring flaw... SCANLINES. These are small lines that run through any solid color and distort the image on screen. I didn't believe Hardware Unboxed and decided to try my luck buying one. Sure enough, bad scan lines and it is very noticeable IN GAME TOO. Very bad. It causes things to look blurry/shimmery. It looks closer to 1440P instead of 4K because of the scan lines. Do not buy this. You cannot get lucky and get a good unit. If you Google it, it is a manufacturing issue that effects all Samsung Monitors.

      Our warranty process is as follows:
      1) Once you contact and inform us that you need to process an RMA, we will email you an RMA form.
      a) This form will ask for your contact info, reason for repair, and a copy/photo of your receipt/bill of sale (if possible).
      b) Please email us back the completed form and proof of purchase.
      2) Once we receive your completed RMA form, we will email you your RMA Ticket Number. If you are within the U.S., you will also be emailed a UPS label to send us your monitor for assessment.
      3) You should receive your repaired or replacement unit within 5-7 business days from the date you shipped us back your original unit.

      If at any time you wish to check the status of your RMA, you can contact Samsung Customer Support at:

    Ordered the monitor as new, forsure received an open-box. Missing the HDMI cable, plastic bag with the cords was ripped open. Thought the packing tape was just to reinforce for shipping. Had a bad feeling when i noticed things were opened, was right. Monitor turns on the backlight but no image, no OSD memu to interact with. Plugged into the PS5 it just keeps shutting the system down each time i power on. Tried it on a PC setup and the screen will turn on the backlight in the same way and then goes off again. Will be returning.
