An amazingly great picture quality whch I would expect for the price. I haven't seen any dead pixel amazing colors. I got this item on sale which made it better.

These problems have been happening with this monitor since it came out a year ago. You will see bad reviews on this monitor people having a lot of different issues. Bad quality and Samsung ignores the issues and isn’t doing anything to fix it . Monitor’s that cost this much money shouldn’t have all of these issues . Lots of people have experience problems with this G8 odyssey Neo 32inch monitor so it’s not like an isolated issue. It’s a big quality control issue with this unit.. and Samsung is ignoring the issue even though they know of these problems with this monitor.

Had a missing display port cable and small scratch on screen. Manager was able to help and gave additional discount on product. The product itself has been amazing. Cant wait to pair with my 5090 card I just ordered.

Quality is fantastic. Response times are extremely fast. I upgraded from the G7 that i purchased the year before. My girlfriend now has my G7 and i purchased another for her so that she could run dual setup for her design contractor jobs. I also wanted to add that the screen is like a matte finish so there is no glare issues when viewing.

I did use it on my Xbox one x and I upgraded in July of 2023 building my first pc. This monitor offers a lot of options and selections, more then what I need but who doesn’t like options. No problems and no complaints for what I do with it.

I’ve had 0 issues with my first one so I decided to get another. My first one was an open box purchase as well with all orginal items sealed inside.

Already has a dead pixel zone, and I’m getting a black bar. Using all included original cables. Tried swapping DisplayPort cables and another PC/GPU, suffering the same issue regardless. Was working great and looked beautiful until my issues surfaced. It’s a very premium price tag compared to other gaming monitors so I was expecting more quality control but this is a huge let down.

Misleading description

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I currently have the 31.6 in OLED Alienware monitor and wanted to do a simple comparison with this one. When I unpacked it and assembled it I was bad to all, the problem is the 2000 nits was a huge exaggeration. The SDR looked a lot better than the HDR in terms of brightness and color quality which is insane when you think about it. The HDR was completely lackluster for my taste. The monitor also came in this sticky tape which was a pain to get off. I initially thought it was bubble wrap and maybe it was an manufacturing error but it was sealed in tape. This also isn’t G-Sync compatible like advertised. Lastly, I noticed that the area where you hook up to HDMI was loose which also was a red flag for me.

Monitor doesn't have a 144 or 165hz option only 120 then jumps to 240hz at 240 there are scan lines and not noticeable at first but once noticed you won't unsee it. Nail in the coffin was a dead pixel near middle of the screen at least that 24 hours of ownership. Disappointing..
