They did it again. I had the Odyssey G9 as well and when you set it to 240hz you get awful scan lines across the screen. After two years that was never fixed on the G9 and it is a very well known problem, so obviously Samsung just doesn’t care. This is completely unacceptable on a monitor of this price and I would not recommend this monitor to anyone.

This is the best 4k monitor out there mine was built on October 22 2022 and it is perfect so far no issues I think the scan lines were on first released models. The color depth is amazing on this thing. I have been playing call of duty modern ware 2 on it and there is no input lag very fast monitor. All the rage is on the new Qd oled s coming out but this is just as good and there’s no burn in. I got the 4 year replacement plan with it too so far I am very happy with my purchase. I use this monitor for ps5 a d Xbox series x a d it is perfect I could not pass up the Black Friday sale on this monitor

Absolutely works to amazing degrees for what I actually need it for primarily, which is film reviewing. Awesome large, crisp screen and overall functionality for all my other surfing needs and, perhaps, re-exploring gaming!

This monitor could have been the perfect monitor, especially for the price. Unfortunately, it's another samsung monitor plagued by qc issues. It has scanlines, a very thick anti glare coating, probably the thickest I've ever seen. Hdmi 2.1 doesn't work correctly, and the custom color settings reset when switching inputs. I also purchased the G7 Neo and aside from it also having the color issues and hdmi 2.1 issues it's overall a much better monitor

The curve of this monitor was so extreme that it actually was making me sick looking at it. Many issues with properly falling asleep and disconnecting, even with the latest firmware updates. The menu controls are a little hard to use compared to most other monitors, ended up returning it.

It's a really great! Gets bright af. I use this one for games that don't have UW support. So I'm on and off between this monitor and my G8 OLED. The HDR is great. I found great calibrated settings. I love it paired with my 4090. Recommend to anybody that has a high end build! I've always heard about the QC issues Samsung always had from being shipped by different places. Luckily for both my monitors I got the lotto lol. I also got this on sale as well. Black Friday is coming up so its worth the upgrade if you're debating atm.

Great monitor for work and gaming. Color setup takes a little and it really helps to have a mounting arm so that you can get the angle just right.

Great moniter looks pristine on my ps5 but theres mild display deffects. This moniter's performance is superb on games like spiderman miles moralis or fortnite that sopport 120 fps i havent noticed any screen tearing besides when i first plugged it in.

By far the best monitor ive ever used! Upgraded from the LG ultragear 4k 160hz hdmi 2.1 and it was worth it! I havent had any problems with scan lines or any display issues.

WOULD BE an amazing monitor if it didn't constantly have problems... A lot of reviews seem to say they have problems with dead pixels. I am having the same problem with mine. I've had multiple replacements trying to get this monitor... The first one I had gotten all put together, took it out of the box, set it on my desk only to notice what looked like a big air bubble running right down the middle of the screen, like... really? I returned that immediately. The second one I got seemed to work fine for a bit. Had a pretty decent experience with it until one day I opened a white web page... I noticed THREE different spots on the screen that had a little gray dot... guessing they were dead pixels. I ended up having to take that one back to the store as well... Third one I had got (currently using) I noticed what seems to be another dead pixel area and then a second small gray dot near the top of the screen... This is just ridiculous. Now... Some people may think I'm being picky over small things but for a monitor that's originally $1,500 I would expect ZERO problems... Unfortunately that's not the case here. Samsung might have once been a good company but they really aren't anymore, all they are is a company riding off their name while cheaping out on their products. I will not buy from Samsung anymore. My current phone through them sucks. The Samsung ear buds I got suck, they broke after about a month and I had to send them in for a repair, and now this product just seems to suck. I will be returning this monitor and have them take it off my account. I will not be getting a replacement yet again. Samsung will NOT be getting another dollar off of me after the kind of service I've received from them. Overpriced company that just goes off their name. Never again.

Bought open box. Excellent condition! Everything was in box and setup was simple. Running games at 4k like a dream. Great monitor at an amazing price.

One of the best monitor for a computer, it picture very good, almost like an OLED quality, it is a mini-led.

Comparing to the OG G7 (had to buy 4 of those before I found one without any major defects). The contrast and HDR performance are noticably better, and look great. But otherwise, the color doesn't look quite as good as the G7. Maybe it's the matte screen? Bezels are really thick. With vesa mounting, you can't even see the core lighting on the back, like it's on but even in a dark room you can't really tell. The 5-button menu navigation is worse than the joystick, and makes it harder to access settings easily. Mine came with some cloudy looking dark spots in the middle of the screen. Barely noticeable, but enough to be distracting. 1 stuck pixel with less than 1 week of normal light use. I guess I was hoping that for the financial investment I would get something a lot better than the G7. I did not.

I enjoy playing games and watching movies with this monitor. I’m very satisfied with this.

Perfect monitor if you are running a top tier PC (3090 and up), if not the 4k G7 is the obvious choice. The HDR is great. Black levels are fantastic. Motion clarity is 8/10. The one drawback is that the scanline issue present in past odyssey models is still present. 32" 4k 240hz HDR "2000" (really like HDR1000) is literally the dream spec monitor. This monitor will outpace your PC for years to come.

Samsung is the best, overall this Monitor has the best quality.
