Great washer and for the price, it's worth it! It plays music when the cycle is done not the loud buzz sound. Quick wash cycle is perfect and cleans all my wash and spins cycle is great! Don't have to dry past 30 minutes.

Everything seems to be okay with this washing machine. Wish it had a clear lid so I could see the wave action at work. Cleans the clothes just like my old washer. I am still getting used to the controls and buttons.

Very nice washer. We had a Whirlpool which did NOT clean clothes as it agitator failed to rotate! This new washer has easy to use controls and does a good job of getting clothes clean.

It rocks and vibrates. Had to call for service within 1 week.

Very disappointed with this product and the company. We used the washer for about 2 weeks and we noticed there is a split in the cheap plastic lid. We tried to schedule warranty service, but were denied by the company. We also just noticed one of the hinges is starting to crack. Very poor build quality, which is surprising given how must we have enjoyed our many other Samsung devices and appliances over the years.

I have never been moor satisfied with my purchase. The main reason I bought it. It’s because people were selling used ones for the same price so I just hopped on a new one. You won’t regret it!

It works really great..just be prepared it plays a song when done.. a. Long song so you cant ignore it

It works well. Not complicated like the last one. Still a young washer, but we're looking forward to a simple life together.

Thought I was buying a washing machine that did not have a lid lock since we have had so many problems with other machines that did have a lid lock. Sad that this one also has a lid lock.

Does a nice job. Very quiet, except for the long, weird song it sings when it finishes. Short people might need a step stool to use it.

Typical washer good for the money. Easy to install. We had it delivered for ease.

We’ve only had this washer for about a month but so far we love it! Tons of space! It is a little difficult to reach the bottom if your short (I’m 5’6) but other than that, perfect!

It's a great washing machine. I love the the little medley at the end of the wash.

Great value for the price, but be sure to read and follow calibration and leveling instructions carefully! Took about an hour to fully level and calibrate the washer but the spin cycles are nice and smooth.

Not made for short people. Hard to get clothes out due to how deep it is. Also washing takes a long time and lid locks after you close it.

So far I love it. The only thing is it the temp and water lever is pre set and I can not figure out how to make my preference stay for the next load. You can set what you want but it always goes back to the presets.

It takes 1hr 20min to 1hr 45min to wash a load. Does not get cloths clean. Ive used every cycle with the highest water settings & still there is makeup/dirt on towels & sheets. My 22yr old whirlpool got everything clean in 45min. How is it saving energy or water if you have to run cloths thru several times to get them clean?? The spin cycle is ridiculously long. Wrinkles are permanently set in so you have to iron all cloths that are hung dry.

This has been the best set that I have ever purchased. It has way more options and settings than your basic washer. We have been using them a little over a month and very happy with our purchase.
