My 70 year old mom is having a hard time. Best Buy only gives a two week return policy. I am in cotact with Samsung to see what can be done.

It's deeper than I thought so if you're shorter than 5'7" you'll need to stand on your tiptoes to get clothes out of the bottom. Holds blankets, towels, and sheets in one load!
