This washer has been wonderful! It’s big, Super quiet and very efficient. Would def recommend to anyone in the market for a new washer.

Nice washer but it takes a while to unlock if you forget to put something in or need to get something out. I do like the fact it still has an agitator and the tub is a good size.

Great capacity, quiet and easy to use. It looks good too. I’ve only had it less than a month, will update rating in a few months.

Great washing machine. I looked at previous reviews for all options with various brands and Samsung was the option with the best confirmed reviews. And this did not disappoint. The agitator is different from what I'm use too but it works. The opening/holder is spacious. It sings to you when finished. Quick and easy instructor. The delivery team was great. They took out the old and installed the new like clock work with great customer service!!!

100 percent recommend. I purchase washer after mine broke. But I spent 3 weeks reviewing trying to make sure I bought the perfect one. I will say I am happy with my purchase and do not regret it at all. Simple easy use, not loud, has a great sound to notify you it’s done washing!

Works well and does a great job cleaning clothing…just a few minor cons for me: For a short person (5 ft 1 in) it is difficult reaching bottom of tub to get cleaned clothes out. Water doesn’t run after you start machine unless you close lid making cleaning detergent out of cup impossible so be careful putting cup cap back on detergent bottle. And finally, if you need to add an item once machine starts you have to stop machine and wait for lid to unlock (I’m sure a child safely feature in new machines) making it a bit inconvenient if you’re in a hurry.

Love this washer. Easy to work, very quiet, you can wash big comforters with ease.

It's not a brand that we associate with washers, but it's actually really good. It's silent. The agitator doesn't hook on to clothes, which is a big plus. Plus it sings when it is finished! It actually plays a tune to let you know it's done! The console is a bit of a learning curve, especially when you want an extra rinse put in. But, all in all, it's a really good washer for the money.

Just the right size to fit in the basement, and it was easy to set up. Love the music

Very pleased indeed with this Samsung 4.0 cu. ft. HE top loader. It washes very well with different water levels for differing load sizes. Had considered purchasing the 4.5 cu. ft. model, but this one is just right for large loads. Haven't tried washing a comforter yet, but I think it will do the job just fine.

Purchased this washer to replace a Maytag I simply did not like. This is a large washer, sits tall. I’m short at 5’1”, and have to tip toe to reach the clothes in the bottom. It is a great washer though. I chose this one bc it has the load size option, as opposed to just the water saving units with sensors. The only thing I do not like is that there is not detergent dispenser, and the lid locks while it’s filling up.

We like it. It's not too deep so you reach and retrieve the washed clothes. It does a nice job washing things. It does seem to take a while to run a load. But overall it's good.

I'm very pleased with this washer. I previously had a Whirlpool, which was a joke. It took way too long to do laundry. Even though my new Samsung is a basic machine, it's powerful at getting my clothes clean. It has a huge tub to fit large loads or blankets. It's also very quiet and self-levelling, which were on my requirement list. I'm glad I chose this model.

Very pleased with this purchase. Our front load washer stopped working suddenly, I knew that I did not want another front loader I wanted a top load with agitation. The Samsung washer was not only a great choice, the price was great as well. My clothes get so clean and the machine is so quite and it has a very large drum!! It was a great purchase!
