Great size works perfect good power easy install service good price

Very happy with our new washer. It was delivered in a few days and all I had to do was pull off the protective paper and connect the hoses. Does a great job with the clothes and has a larger tub than the old one. The machine is quiet during operation and I love the music it plays at the end. Of course only time will tell of it’s reliability.

Great machine. Big load, easy to operate. Seems sturdy and well made. Delivery was great and I was able to hook it up with no problem. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to save our common wash setting. You know like auto water level, eco warm and medium load, something like that.

Very Pleased !! big quiet and exactly 27 inches which fits into my narrow opening...would recommend a buy. Only downside is the instructions tell you to add warm water to the fabric softener dispenser to prevent gumming up over time.... Only problem is water stops filling whenever you pause and open the lid...so I have to pause scoop out water then add the softener ....or keep a separate water jug on the side... Really design team !

I love this washing machine. Large capacity, and the agitator works perfectly. My clothes are coming out, extra clean and I like the simplicity of the machine.

We've had this for almost a week now and are very pleased with it. Delivered fast and I installed it in 20 minutes. Took me more time to get it out of the packaging (very well protected) than to do the actual installation. Relatively fast cycles, quiet and cleans the cloths very well. So far we're very happy and would recommend.

I purchased this unit to replace a 15 year old one and my only regret is that I did not do it sooner. Very quiet while in operation. I really enjoy the comfort of the safety lock feature, as I have a little one that likes to touch everything. Great purchase.

I would give it 5 stars if it was all metal. I don't like the plastic bottom or the plastic lid, but it is a large capacity machine that washes the clothes well and quickly

The song that this washer sings after a load is done...is the longest song I ever heard an appliance sing. It's a great washer and it cleans itself when dirty. It's easy to use and hook up. My mom is happy with it and clothes are definitely getting clean. Price is perfect too. Win/win for everybody!

I love this Samsung 4.0 cu. ft High Efficiency top load washer with active-wave agitator and the awesome soft close lid!!!! I think it was reasonably priced. I couldn't get a better quality washer for the money. The tub is a decent size as well. Very satisfied. And as always your delivery if so appreciated!!

I bought this washer because it was on sale I wasn’t expecting much out of it but I was very surprise! It’s quiet and quick washes all the clothes better than my old washer. Very happy with my purchase

So far I’m very happy with this machine. The agitator really helps get clothes clean but there is still plenty of room for a large load.

The basin is deep! I am 5’5 and reaching can be a challenge I may need a step stool or I just have short arms. Either way, the machine is quiet and washes well. Many cycles to choose from.

We have had this washer for a little over a month now and it is very nice and does a good job of washing our clothes. There are several different settings depending on what you are washing. It is bigger than our last washer is very quiet.

I love my washing machine. I am very short, so it's a little bigger than I was expecting but so far that would be my only (small) complaint but that's not a big deal at all. Also, this machine does have a song that plays when it's finished, if I could change that aspect, I would! So if anyone has any ideas or thoughts on that, that would be great. I love the functions that come with the machine and it's been such a joy to have fresh, clean clothing. I enjoy the "Self Clean" function which is great for longevity and keeping the system working great. I've been able to wash clothing/bedding with no hassle. I haven't experienced any issues and I truly love this machine. Overall this machine does what it needs to do with a pinch of technology which is perfect for me. I was not excited about having a washing machine with phone access and this machine allowed me to feel comfortable not having an app connected to a washing machine.

This particular Samsung model is a disappointment in control panel options compared to my previous washer. The automatic lid lock is a nuisance. Even after turning off the child lock mechanism, the lid locks each time you resume the cycle. All wash cycle options take much longer even in the Quick Wash setting. There is nothing quick about this washer although it does get clothes clean.

Im 63 and this is my first brand new washer! It’s very quiet. I like the sound it makes when it is done. And it’s SO big! What used to take me 3 loads now is only one! Awesome!

I waited to write review because I wanted to use machine. I love this washer. I have washed 2 queen size comforters on bedding cycle, I have used the waterproof cycle, used the normal cycle and quick cycle. I have also used all of the water temperatures and the water levels. This machine is so quiet. The quick wash is my favorite, the clothes come out just about dry which cuts down in drying time. Actually, all the cycles have cut down in drying time. I’m very happy with this purchase. I even purchased the geek squad just for piece of mind. I would highly recommend this washer. My only con is the automatic lock which is no big deal, unlocks once complete.I did however unlock the child proof lock, just read the manual as to how to unlock. As for the tune it plays at end it’s cute. As for the gentlemen who came to remove my old washer, I had Kenmore for 17-18 years, they were amazing. Had it installed in no time.
