I've had a similar model for 10 years and knew I wanted the same/similar one when I moved to my new home. It does not disappoint!

This is a good quiet washer. Stacks well. Also sings when cycle is done.

Seven year review. The drum lining disintegrated and leaked water flooding the floor. Washer/Dryer should last 10+ years on a regular weekly use. So I list this as a crappy product. DO NOT BUY. Samsung service quoted more than the price of the new machine to fix it :))

I like the bigger capacity of this washer. cleans good. Though I do not think its all that quite as it mentions in the description.

It’s been a great, and easy to use product. The different settings are simple, and correspond perfectly to my loads of laundry.

I would have gave this set a 5☆ but washer and dryer seem to be a little noisy. I love the way they work and its a great easy to use washing machine one of the best i have had.

I was simply looking for a washer to replace the current one in my home that started making funny noises and smoking. This one does the trick. I'm not interested in wifi connectivity and washtubs on top. I'm sure they have their place but it's not what I wanted right now. Best buy helped me load up and I took it home and install was a breeze. My wife had a load in there within hours of bringing it home. She's happy about it too so that's all the proof you need. I like the button style and the dial selector as well. Not to forget the mute alarm function. Helps with little ones napping.

We have had this washing machine almost 4 years and I still love it!! It works perfectly and we have had no issues at all with it. Woukd absolutely buy again.

We love this washer because it's simple to use and perfect for our new house. My wife's happy, she love's using it. Gave her another reason to look forward to on weekends.

I have been very happy with this machine and the install of it. There is a lot of options, and there has been no issues with it at all. The installers were great as well.

Quiet operation. At first I thought it was very small. However it has been able to keep up with the huge amount of towels we use every week on one load.

So far I’ve been using this washing machine along with the same name brand dryer machine and I must say it’s been working wonderfully. It’s been well over a month since I made this purchase and started using this product and as always Samsung products do not disappoint. I also love the fact that I was able to use less space by stacking this washer on top of the dryer. For anyone whose in the market looking to purchase a new washer, I highly and strongly recommend you to look into as well as purchase this one. Trust me, you will not regret it.

This washer really tackles our family's wash load in a breeze. With all the wash cycles it has, it delivers very good treatment to all clothing. So far very happy with it.

The washer works well. I am on the second floor and it does vibrate somewhat when the spin cycle begins. I had hoped with the VRT that there would not be vibrations .
