The washer runs quietly, doesn't get unbalanced, uses less water and detergent! It's perfect in my new laundry room! Love it!

Had the machine for two weeks. No problems so far. Was told to clean the lint collector at the bottom of the machine once a month. Will say wait at least a hour after washing to clean it, otherwise it WILL leak. Online reviews that I've read also say to leave the door open so it'll air dry after use and prevent mildew.

I like everything about it. It works well and cleans my clothes well. They installed it quickly with no hitches.

It is so easy and simple that i can even operate it and help my wife. This is our first front load and we liked it.

Although it takes a bit longer for the front loader to go through it's cycles, it gets clothes amazingly cleaner than my old top loader. Awesome!

I am saving on water and detergent, its a bit low but once I get the riser should be perfect.

First time I have bought a Samsung appliance. Have had it over a month now and it has been great. Runs quiet, has lots of features, gets the clothes clean, and has a large capacity so I can get more into each load. The Best Buy order, delivery, install experiences were all smooth, easy and hassle free. It was also cheaper on Best Buy.com than other sites and stores where this model was offered. No complaints, this was a good purchase and is a great value.

HAS ENOUGH CYCLES TO GET THE JOB DONE THOROUGHLY (OTHER MODELS HAVE A CYCLE MORE IF ALLERGIES ARE A LIFE PROBLEM ) AND WITH VERY QUIET OPERATION .

The washing machine itself has been performing very well in all ways. My criticism is with the manual. I found that one cycle, "Self-Clean", takes 4 hours to complete, which I didn't find out until it had begun. I found out by accident that I could change the cycle by pausing the cycle and restarting, but I'm not sure that would work again. Also, unfortunately, the customer service person I spoke with had no solution other than to pause and then drain the machine of water if I didn't want to continue the longer Self Clean cycle.

This washer is great. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles as other ones but for the price you can't beat it
