We replaced out 10 year old front loaders with these, we couldn't be happier. First so many clothes and washes them so well and so quiet too!

Had the new Samsung washer for over a month now. It replaced an antique kenmore that finally gave up after 25 years of service. I decided to go with the Samsung after seing my daughter Samsung washer and using it during my week visit to her house. As I expected, the new washer is performing as advertised. It is quite and the clothes come really clean. Adapting to the new technology was not a problem. So far so good. I hope it will last for a while (not asking for 25 years of service though...lol)..

So far so good. Clothes come out clean. First washer with no agitator, so it's a little odd at first. Holds a TON of clothes! We like it!

We had purchased a Samsung washing machine about 2 years ago. It turned out to end up being the model that was recalled. This model is working excellent so far, let’s hope Samsung has worked out the issues from the last model.

It is very easy to use, quiet and efficient. Has gentle chiming music instead of loud, blaring buzzes when your laundry is finished.

There are dozens of "LEAKY" reviews on this particular model of washer, most of which were posted for the year of 2017. I repeat, 2017! There is one review for 2018, in which the reviewer states that their machine leaks on the Deep Cycle, but I can't confirm when that particular model was actually purchased. It appears that Samsung did have a production problem with the earlier model of this machine in 2017, which was finally addressed and corrected. When the Best Buy installer came to our home to hook-up our new machine, I did ask him about previous complaints of leakage during the Deep Cycle. He also confirmed that there was a problem with the machines produced last year, but he has not heard of any complaints with the machine since Samsung tweaked something in the motherboard. GOOD News. So far I have tested my machine on the Deep Cycle wash, regular washes etc. NO LEAKING. YES! The Samsung so far, is efficient, and super quiet. Controls are super easy to understand, and uncomplicated. What I don't need is an highly complicated instruction manual to figure out how to use a washing machine. Our clothes consistently come out clean and fresh. This machine will weigh your clothes once you put them into the drum and add the correct amount of water. If you have an older washing machine, I bet you have to set the water level. On the Samsung, just add your laundry detergent, closed the lid and turn it on. Samsung has worked out the previous bugs, so feel safe with purchasing this model. Enjoy your new washer.

This washing machine is so big - I had no idea how many clothes it held! I love it and would highly recommend it to anyone. All of my appliances except 1 have been changed for Samsung and I am very happy with all of them.

This washing machine is so good. The tub is enormous, the clothes get squeaky clean, it's quiet, and it looks like a space ship compared to my old machine! You just select your settings, press start, and walk away. Water level,water temp, soil level, etc are controlled by the machine unless you choose to select them on your own. Pre-soak setting is great for stained clothing. I could not be happier with this machine...especially for the price. I highly recommend it. Don't listen to the haters.

This washer gets the job done quick and efficiently! Large loads are no problem for this Samsung product, I am able to wash my king-size comforter in here! The 'quick-wash' cycle is great too when you are in a hurry.

Tub is big enough for a good amount of clothes, machine is very quite and clothes were clean after wash.

Had an old washer before. I’d been spoiled with a fancy LG. Hate washers with an agitator. This one does not have an one obviously and it’s simply great! The washer that is. Perfect for “it’s time to get a washer from this tech era guys..”

This large capacity washer is perfect for our family. It's also very quiet and efficient. The wash cycles can be almost an hour, however.

Great load capacity for our family of 4! We anted a washer that was not too big not too small and has just the necessary functions for us and this was the winner! Great addition to our samsung appliances

It dose a great job on the clothes. At first I didn't think it had enough water coming in but it works with a smaller amount of water. It is deep and holds a lot of clothes. I'm 5' 6" and I have to really reach to get the clothes out. The tub spins easly so you can move it to reach the clothes easier. I think it dose a lot better good than my old washer which was about 15 years old. Maybe my water bill wil go down. I do about 5 load a week. So yes I would recommend it.

The Samsung washing machine is quiet and efficient. The large capacity makes washing bedding a breeze.
