The washer I replaced was over ten years old so this is a great upgrade. Easy to use with lots of features. It is also a lot quieter than my previous washer and fits much more clothes.

It substitute and old Kenmore washer. The quality of the wash, speed, low noise and easy of use is outstanding for the price. Best Buy installers extremely helpful and professional.

This washer is a great value. The drum size is large enough for a king-sized comforter. It is quiet while running and washes clothes very well. The only drawback I found is that the bleach compartment is in the front of the washer and could get bleach residue on worn clothes when pulling wet clothes from the bottom of the drum.

I had my last washer for 20 years, yup, 20 years. When it died with a full load of my work clothes I knew I wanted a new set of Samsung machines. The washer is huge, with no agitator to take up room in the middle. I can select the right clean for the articles I'm washing. It is super quiet and sings when the wash is done. It spins out so fast, that drying time is really quick. I feel I get an awesome clean.

This washing machine has been the best purchase ever. Reasonable price, doesn't have the agitator, so clothes come out looking great! It's very quiet and gets the job done!

This is exactly what I needed and wanted. A medium sized dryer. It fits my a king and queen size comforters easily (one at a time of course). It's not the fanciest, but it's not a cheap piece of garbage either. We needed a medium sized dryer to just get the job done. We are a wash, dry, and hang or fold family and it's perfect. We opted out of the steam option, which made it $200 cheaper! My opinion steam isn't worth it, unless you just happen to have half of a wardrobe full of fancy fabrics. It has a wrinkle resistant timer option on it, that tosses the clothes in heat every few minutes until you have time to unload them to keep the wrinkles out. All features are easy to use and has been great so far. We aren't what you call "handy" and we installed them ourselves. DONT FORGET TO PURCHASE A POWER CORD!!! You need to know if your house has a 3 or 4 prong adapter. We had to wait and use ours until the next day, cause we had to go buy one.

I bought the washer and the matching dryer. They are both great. They are high capacity, energy saving and much quieter than my previous one. The washer uses max efficiency technology to ensure that clothes are clean using the right amount of detergent and water. Dials easily select the desired cycle and a cool alarm to let you know that the cycle is finished. Very good buy.

I am generally very happy with this washing machine. Clothes have all come out clean, and the spin cycle gets the clothes quite dry on the high spin setting. My only concern is that compared to my old Whirlpool, this washing machine is quite slow. On a quick cycle it takes around 40 minutes. Unfortunately, with a household of 3 children, the clothes often need a heavier duty cycle which brings it into the 70-80 minute range. Oh! And not that this is a negative, but the machine has a huge capacity; unfortunately my dryer does not have as large of one. This can cause a bottleneck if you fill the washer up to capacity.

The Samsung washer is large and can fit comforters and bedspreads easily. It is simple to use and does an excellent job cleaning my laundry.

Great washer. The capacity is good, quality of the wash is good, and how quiet it is while it washes is amazing. Definitely worth it.

Simple to use. The clothes come out smelling clean and almost dry. The size of the washer is perfect to wash big blankets. Is very quiet. Just check the manual when you are doing the set up. In page 17 calibration mode, the second step is backwards. But we were able to figure it out. Other than that we are very happy with our washer.

I was scared this one would be too small since I saw larger ones are available, as well. Our previous washer was 10 years old and I always wanted to be able to wash king size comforter. This machine looks same size like the old ones from the outside, but inside it is three times bigger. Love how quite it is, love the digital wheel to choose options. It saves on our detergent. It also has an option to time when do you want it to be done. This was a great choice and great deal for the price!

This isn't the washer we came in to purchase, but we were in desperate need for a new washer. So far, I am loving the washer. It is quiet and is much larger than our old washer. The only reason that I gave it a 4 star is that the top locks shut when it starts and I can't just 'throw' another item in while it is filling. I know this is a safety feature that those with young children would love, but for me it is a slight inconvenience. Still and awesome machine that I would recommend to anyone. Easy to program/easy to use. :)

After our old washer needed replacing, we wanted to find a top loader with a larger capacity. This one has been great thus far. It holds so many clothes and seems to wash them well. I love the balancing and timer features. It drains the water effectively as well. The several choices for wash settings is also really helpful. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to families.
