At first glance, I thought I might need a degree to run this washer compared to my ancient Maytag. But no, couldn't be easier and the geek squad installation was awesome- they made sure I knew what I was doing. :) Not only that, the sales associate's knowledge matched me perfectly with this washer. Energy efficient, large capacity, runs quietly. I'm saving to get the dryer now. Highly recommend!!!

We have only had our set for about a month, but it is great so far! It does have a deep basin to allow for large loads. This was great for us as we have two younger children in the house who dirty a lot of clothes! I also feel like my clothes smell better now too. I am not using any new detergent products, so I think it has to do with the new machine washing better than my old one!

Found to be easy to use, fairly quiet when running, cleans my clothing well

This is my first high efficiency washer. I was a little hesitant, since I've always been happy with the old kind. Also, I did not want a front load washer because of the extra strain on my back (getting older - gotta think about these things). I've had the washer for about a month now, and I really like it! It is HUGE on the inside (I guess without the agitator, there is a lot more room). In fact, it almost has too much room - I am short (5'2), and I can barely reach down into the bottom to get the clothes out! It takes longer than my old washer, but I'm a leave-it-and-forget-it person, so that doesn't really matter to me. My clothes come out very clean and well-spun. One of the biggest improvements is that it is MUCH quieter than my old machine. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Based on our experience using this for a couple weeks, this machine is easy to use, handles large loads and cleans the clothes well. We never had a machine which had no agitator before, but so far this has not appeared to affect the performance of the machine.

This was the first high efficiency machine we bought. All around solid performance. Deep water setting sometimes causes spillover / flooding. Not sure if that's caused by improper load / balance. I would do some research on that if you're considering purchasing. But, otherwise, it's a great machine. Easy to use and maintain.

I checked online for a washer the weekend after Black Friday what a great deal. So far this machine cleans my dirty clothes and by far the most silent one I’ve bought. Really roomie but make sure to space out clothes evenly in machine. Clean out soap dispenser often or it will clog and helps your machine last longer. Adjust controls for your washing preferences.

I am impressed by how quiet this machine is. I love the fact that I can do large loads and, because there isn't a tall agitator, the machine doesn't make loud noises. The spin cycle is wonderful; the clothes need very little time in the dryer. I have had this machine for approximately 6 weeks and I am very satisfied.

Was skeptical of a washer without the high agitator, but holy cow can this thing clean !! And holds almost 3 times as much as our old washer. King size comforter......no problem, couple of full size pillows........yup, those too. Now only issue is that old dryer can’t keep up with the new washer.

First laundry set I’ve ever bought, super easy to use and super effective. Saves you money on electricity by only having to run dryer once. HUGE on the inside so I really only need to do one load a week too! Love the digital timer as well, so I always know how long each load of laundry will take.

Have only had it a couple months it is very quiet and gets our clothes nice and clean although the “end” noise resembles an ice cream truck song so my kids are disappointed time to time

So far, so very good. It is easy to use, intuitive, quiet, takes large loads and cleans as expected. I like the wide range of wash options and the clear top makes it fun to watch!

This is a great washer for the price, it's very easy to use, very large space for larger loads, and seems to get the clothes clean. I couldn't ask for more.

After 25 years, my old washer finally gave up. I didn’t realize how much washers have changed over the years. What a difference! This machine is so efficient and quiet and my clothes are so much cleaner. I did my research and I’m glad I bought the Samsung. I’m very happy with it!

I just bought this washer and dryer set 3 weeks ago replacing a 15 year old set. I had high hopes for the washer as the newest reviews said the leak on the deep wash setting had been fixed. I’ve used it on all settings. I will admit it’s an attractive washer that makes the clothes smell clean. I like that it weighs the clothes to determine how much water is needed. I have also gotten a chance to wash a King size duvet. It performed fairly well. The sounds are really cute too...Moving on....Deep wash actually started out ok. I got 3 non-consecutive washes in on deep wash with no leak at all. I was thrilled until one day I walked into my laundry room to find water leaking from the right side... a puddle of water. I’m not sure why.. The machine wasn’t overloaded and washed normally that I can tell. Thank goodness I have concrete floors in this area. However, this could potentially ruin someone’s floors if it was another flooring material. I read another review about staying basic and not needing deep wash.. I’m basic too, but when you pay this kind of money, every feature needs to work. It’s about quality and how the appliance is SUPPOSED to operate. I need deep wash for my boy’s baseball and football clothes as well as towels. I don’t feel there’s enough water in the tank on the normal setting to get tough stains and odors out of those items. There should be no leak, and I should be able to use whatever feature I desire. Samsung GET IT TOGETHER! If you’re going to venture into appliances outside of TVs, they need to be top notch. Otherwise, please stick to TVs.

A friend recommended this washer when my front loader died after only 7 years. I've had it for a month, and I'm very happy with it. I wanted a top loader without an agitator, and this fits the bill nicely. I love having the option of a shorter cycle. My one complaint is, the soap tray is flimsy.

We purchased this washer since our old one died. The old one was about 10 years old or so and we were interested in the new style. We read consumer reports, best buy, and other sites on the Internet regarding best brands and models. Of course, they were all conflicting with one another. The stores reviews are always different that the reviews from say, consumer reports. We love the extra capacity, the quietness, and the look. We have had this washer for about one to two months and so far, works great. The washer is in the garage and on a concrete floor. We can finally wash our comforter in it and that makes us happy! Lastly, we purchased the extended warranty and it was delivered on time. Everyone from Best Buy and I mean the sales person, cashier, and delivery driver were greats. We love Best Buy and will continue shopping there without hesitation.

The delivery guys were quite pleasant and I met them in the driveway. Right away they informed me that the new washing machine I was receiving had a large dent on the right side. I was not pleased about this however agreed to take it as long as it was working properly. I did ask the man delivering to make note of the dent before it entered my home. Luckily there was not problem with the machine functioning and thus far I am pleased with the purchase. With that said I do think that Best Buy should offer a discount or something of that nature considering that the product was received damaged. I was a bit surprised that I was not contacted by anyone to make sure that the unit was working properly or if any compensation could be made about the damage.

I am writing this review after using the machine many times. I am totally satisfied with the wash results. The washer has more than adequate capacity and can accommodate queen/king size comforters. The machine is super quiet. The menu offers a variety of useful options and combinations. It even offers interruption of cycle for adding more clothes. The see-through lid is a plus. The best of all is its economical water use. The high speed spin means less time and money for drying the wash. An excellent value for the money.

The washer works well. I was a little nervous at first because it agitates funny but it cleans the clothes well, is quiet and spins out well. For the money I'm very happy. Seems to be a solid value.
