After two weeks, washer works great. Washer is on the back roofed porch and so very quiet we cannot hear it operate some 20 feet away, our previous Kenmore you could hear down the block. I love the ease of operation.

I rented a house in The Villages last year and it had a Samsung clothes washer. I loved it and bought one just like it. It weighs the clothes and doesn't have a center agitator. It gets the clothes very clean.

Different from the old style washer, but very effective and efficient; so far we are very happy. Handles small and large loads, cleans clothing very good. Great product for the price.

Had interest in a washer without an agitator, but didn't want to break the bank. Found this unit already had high reviews and was a great deal on a Labor Day sale. It doesn't have all the new bells and whistles you see of the washers that are double or more in price, but I just need it to wash clothes and it does that well. Plus, I figure all those extras mean more potential for breakdown and expensive fixes. This is a no hassle washer at an affordable price.

Very nice and able to do large loads. It has no agitator but seems to do a remarkable job cleaning. I'm very pleased. I wish it had a little light so I could watch it do it's work through the glass door.

This is, by far, the best washing machine I’ve ever owned. Pros: 1. It’s Quiet. Aside from the jingle it plays when it’s done washing, the wash is fairly quiet. If you have a utility room with a door, you’ll easily forget it’s running. 2. You don’t have to select how much water you need. If you’re like me, I often over filled the tub to wash blankets, towels; you name it. This thing takes “High Efficiency” to a new level. It gets the job done easily, and with just the right amount of water. Cons: 1. I can’t think of any. Just buy it, especially if it’s on sale. This was my first washer that wasn’t in the budget category, but for the price it’s an easy buy; especially, when paired with the gas dryer.

Good product. Mixed feelings on not having an agitator. Like the idea of more room but without an agitator this washer does not remove ground in stains. Wouldn't have done the job when my boys were playing sports with the ground in dirt on their uniforms. Since it's just me and my husband now we don't have to worry about that but I notice my kitchen hand towels don't get as clean and still have food stains on them. Plus not a fan of high tech products. You're forced into buying extended warranties in case the computer malfunctions. Pricey considering products don't last. Paying more for less life of the product. I am fine with old school products. We're not going to have a choice any longer since old school is being phased out.

Have had this washer for about 3 weeks now. It replaces an LG front loader that died after 5 years. Decided to go with this top load washer for several reasons. 1. own multiple Samsung products that have yet to let me down. 2. Tired of bending over to pull things out of the front loader. Could not justify spending the extra money for the storage units underneath to raise them up. 3. Generally good review of the product 4. Perceived value for the money. So far this unit has not disappointed. We're pretty happy about the purchase. Clothes come out clean. Capacity is much larger than I expected. Only time will tell if it lasts.

This clothes washer holds a lot of clothes and cleans them very well. Runs quietly and I love the little song it plays when the clothes are done. I have had it about 6 months and it still runs good.

After moving from place to place, we finally got new machines. This one is amazing. Super quiet means I can run loads first thing in the morning. Everything smells so clean and feels great. I love it!

I replaced a 24 year old Whirlpool that was a workhorse. The BestBuy sales associate highly recommended this model over anything else. He told us he had purchased this specific washing machine for his mom and that she was thrilled with it, which clinched the sale over another Whirlpool model. That said, I love the fact that machines today no longer have that big agitator in the middle. This means you don't have to layer the clothes around the agitator, trying in vain to perfectly balance them. The large size allows for larger blankets and comforters and perhaps even sleeping bags. I'm pleased with that. The digital controls are idiot proof. You don't even need to bother reading the directions (although it's a good idea that you do). The machine calculates how long it's going to take to finish the load - that's a nice feature. You can pick a variety of settings depending on what you're washing. That said, when the machine arrived it was not agitating properly. Additionally, the washer did not fill high enough for water to cover the clothes. A call to Samsung confirmed that the washer needed to be returned. There was also some leakage, which may or may not have been due to an installation issue. Because I do believe that there are flukes and problems with every single brand of appliance, and that someone will eventually end up with a problem, I'm giving this a second chance. BestBuy is replacing this unit another. I will update when the new unit arrives. As of right now, I am not recommending this but will, assuming the replacement works properly. PS I always purchase the BestBuy warranties. They have proven, time and time again, that they are well worth the money.

Lots of research and couldn't be happier with this washer! Lot bigger than I expected and does a great job on ALL loads big or small...only had for a couple of weeks, but great so far!

quiet, my clothes are clean and fresh. takes a little longer for the wash but they spin out so well that drying time is minimal and my clothes aren't being twisted to death by an agitator

Totally upgraded used to have the old fashion washing machine with the agitator. Lissa has a stainless steel interior no agitator so you can fit a lot more in there. it’s great to be able wash undergarments and not worry about them catching on the agitator . Very efficient I like the little musical Val that alerts me when the cycle is finished great buy for the price

Elegant design, large capacity, super quiet. At the sale price, this machine is much more rich in features than the lower priced models. What's not to like?

I’ve only used a few times, but love it so far. I like all the settings. The water level has been fine and the clothes are clean. The price was good also.

Love it, great look, and quiet. It has many different settings so you can wash heavy duty items. It's not so big and bulky but can fit a lot of clothes.

The quietest washer I’ve ever owned that does the job of a washer that costs 2-3 times as much. Don’t spend the extra money! Seriously a great washer.

Does exactly what it's job is - washes clothes! Very quiet and although it takes a little longer than most, it does a fantastic job. Great price, too.
