Needed a new washer and did some research. Got this one and haven't looked back. I have 3 kids so I wash nearly every day. Much bigger capacity and works great. I've read of some of the problems, but I've been balancing load as I put in clothes and haven't had any issues.

Love this washer, cleans well and never has a small. So happy we switched from a front loader. This can fit big bulky loads which is perfect for bedding. A few times its stooped due to being unbalanced but its easy to check and correct if overfilled.

I got this set for my mom, love it! Energy efficient, easy to use, quiet, fits perfect in a small space, and it makes such a huge difference with our clothing. We had an old, old washer/dryer set and I washed everything on delicate because my clothes were so beat. With this washer, it’s gentle on your clothes and even better.... the drum is huge so I can fit twice as much laundry without it even being over loaded. I know some top loader washers can make a ‘banging’ sound while running but ours hasn’t - I’ve only noticed it ever so slightly when we wash sheets or other bulky items. Over all I love it, we’ve had it three months. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the dryer... has stopped working - the heating element crapped out yesterday. Waiting on Samsung for a fix.

Wonderful washing machine! My sales person recommended this based on what I wanted, which was a large capacity machine and one that also had permanent press. I plan on moving next year and don't know exactly where I am going or what I am taking. This machine is perfect! And the company who delivered it and set up were very patient and explained everything to me, which I greatly appreciated.

We went from a front loader to this top loader with no agitator. I was a bit skeptical but hoping for the best. I was not disappointed at all. It’s easy to use, washes everything beautifully and holds a lot. I fully recommend this product.

I spoke with my sales person and told her I wanted a large capacity washer with permanent press and this is what she recommended. The only caveat is that I am short (as in 5'1.5") and I cannot reach the bottom of the machine! But it is well worth it to have a large capacity machine. I probably should have chosen a front loading machine, but this one does a great job.
