HAPPY SO FAR

I was not aware that to use the "smart" functionality you have to spend an additional $25 for the Smart Home adapter. I think this is ridiculous. When you spend this much money on a smart washer it should come smart already. Mine is still dumb because I don't want to have to pay the additional $25.

Reliable and efficient

It pretty quiet but sounds a bit like the sound effects fir a space craft from a si-di movie. We haven't used all the special options but does a great job for ordinary washing.

Satisfied, but miss light in washer

I had a light in my previous washer and just assumed this one would have a light as well. I really miss the light. I would also recommend the stand to anyone getting the washer. If you already have one, verify this model works with what you have. There had been changes made and I had to buy another stand as well.

So Far, So Good

It replaced a Sears Kenmore Elite that only lasted nine years. It is a little too early for a review that would be helpful to anyone looking at this particular model. I guess that is a good thing since we have not encountered any problems to date. Samsung's reputation for service is not good according to other Samsung owners. I, at this time, will recommend this however I just don't know if I will at a later date.
