Estimated time remaining will not decrease from 8-9 minutes even after an hour. I had to remove water from emergency drain otherwise door wouldn't open as washer drum still had water on terminating wash cycle. I still continue to evaluate, but based on experience so far, I wouldn't recommend it to others.

Done everything they have suggested since I bought it and it still smells.
